Negative experience: Hello, my RTA test is running but I can't get a good response from school at all. I went to school to get my clearance twice. He said your clearance was done but didn't. For this I had to go to Al Quoz. What is this? What happens? And your RTA system is very slow. They are giving very late dates. If this continues, I have to close the file

Negative experience: •Shifting classes trap @Jabel Ali branch Shifting classes is a big scam initiated by the school because AED 1000 is extra charged for promising to schedule flexible classes, but students suffer more. •Test day transportation Initially, it was never discussed that there would be no transportation on test day or before 9:30 a.m. So, all the students must use public transportation or wait until the staff does not come to school. •Customer service The worst customer service I have encountered is at Al Ahli School. Once I was sitting at counter No. 02, Mr. Ashir was the one who was dealing with me, but after a long time of waiting, I had to remind him I was sitting in front of him and needed your assistance, but he continued calling counter No. 10, the Filipino lady, and was talking and looking at her. When he got free to assist me in booking classes, the gap was almost three weeks. I told him I had shifting classes, but he did not listen, so I had to take those classes. For one query, you must take more than 5 to 10 tickets and continue waiting in a row of lines. •RTA is never flexible RTA officers are never flexible at Al Ahli Driving School. Once I had a parking test, I failed two tests, garage and parallel. The reason was explained as why the vehicle was straightened during reverse, while as per RTA rules, there is no fail but demerit marks. I could not appeal because there were no sensors or systematic tests. One RTA office was handling 10 to 15 cars manually. •4 hours of classes in one day After completing 18 hours of classes, the remaining 4 hours of classes were given together, while I misread the schedule because I was used to 2 hours of classes a day, but that day, I had 8 classes while I missed 2 hours and was given a fine. To reschedule the class, the amount I was told to pay was AED 336. •On weekends, there are no refreshment classes Before RTA parking test day, I visited the school for a refreshment class, but Mr. Ashir told me there are no refreshment classes; just try on your own. Additionally, some indirect bribe is being taken in the form of miscellaneous' (tea cold, drinks, et cetera), I have had the worst experience with Al Ahli School and will never recommend it to anyone.

Negative experience: rude customer service no one will guide you they will give you training with the small power car for license number 3 in initial assessment test they will different car with the high power car you will be first experiencing that car and and then they will fail you you are staring and accelerator controlling is not good you go for more training next time . when you pay the for next class the classes will be after 20 to 25 days . professional scammer . And RTA permit is only for three month Permit well expire then you pay for it 142 AED

Fantastic experience: As a beginner, my journey in driving as a student was not easy. I experienced a lot of ups & downs. I experienced disappointments too. In every lessons,assessments,road tests, finding instructors who can help me through and have a lot of patience with me etc etc is really very tough and challenging for me. In every failures I took them as my advantage, for me to learn more. But sometimes there were moments that I would almost give up. But despite all of the confusions and dilemmas, that didn’t stop me to continue what I have started. When I have decided to move in Jebel Ali branch, I met my instructor Mr. Mohamed Abdelsalam. He made me feel so comfortable from the beginning and he gave me a lot of insights that I know I could use as a future driver. He is so patient with me (which is very important for an instructor). He encouraged me to continue despite of almost giving up. He is very dedicated in what he’s doing, he taught from the heart and generously shares his knowledge in driving, a very respectful person and polite in so many ways. Now that I got my license, I want to give credits to all my instructors who patiently handled me and inspired me to continue what I have started. Kudos to all of you! And to you Mr Mohamed Abdelsalam, you are one of a kind! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for what you have taught me. I highly recommend Mr Mohamed Abdelsalam for the new students who wants to learn driving.

Positive experience: I just recently got my license and here’s what I thought about this driving school. I initially had my classes in Satwa branch, did another set of classes in Al Quoz, and then had to transfer to Jebel Ali for parking and road test because of the renovation being made to the center Pros: -Al Ahli Driving School has better prices and promotion for driving classes compared to other school. -The Satwa branch is easily accessible and the receptionist is always ready to help me with my clearance and schedule. -Ms Thaimy, counter 10, is one of the assets in the center. She encourages students like me who failed quite a lot. Also, she is always ready to help and accomodating. One time, i had to reschedule a class last minute and she made calls to inform the center even when she’s not on her duty. I’m very grateful to her. -Instructors like Mr. Rene and Ms. Geihan from Al Quoz branch and Mrs Amira from Jebel Ahli branch are very patient and they really do their job of preparing me for the parking test and final road test. They teach me how to drive and I feel like the classes I had with them are worth the money I paid. Cons -I had to transfer to Jebel Ali branch which is very far from my place because of the sudden renovation. - booking of road test is not very flexible, I missed one exam of rta because i was 5mins late due to the transport problem after the heavy rain, also i had to wait for like 3weeks before a slot opens up Overall, i had an interesting experience with this center. Students like me is looking for a teacher with a good manner and He knows how to speak nicely to their students, we feel more comfortable while taking our driving lessons if the instructor same like him.

Negative experience: I have encountered a very rude customer service in their Jebel Ali branch. She is in counter 10. I will be sending an official complaint by email because your customer service agents should never be rude and should accommodate customers properly. I was standing in front of her for 2 minutes and even greeted her Good Morning and yet she continue to chat with her colleague like I am invisible and did not even respond to me greeting her. When I confronted her about this, instead of apologizing, she just asked what I need. Really this insanely rude behavior!!! Is this good customer service? If this is not the case, kindly put her in a position where all she needs to face are documents and not people!!! This is not the first time in dealing with her. Many times before also she is doing the same. This happened today 22-May-2024, 12:30PM in counter 10. Do something about this!!!! This is bad for business.

Despite the recent floods in the UAE, you have not taken any steps to reschedule my RTA Road test. It's been nearly three weeks, and you have shown no empathy or consideration for the challenges I'm facing. Your receptionist's dismissive attitude when I called for assistance was unacceptable. Instead of offering help, she insisted I visit in person. Your call center has been equally unhelpful, failing to provide any meaningful resolution. It's clear that you prioritize profit over the well-being of your students. I would advise others to seek alternative driving schools with better customer service.

You have no update for the past 2 weeks since the flood and when I call your Jebel Ali branch they will just shout at me! what is wrong with you people! You only wanted your customer / students to vow their heads at you as if you own us! We are paying you, giving you salary! We are not just students, we are also customers, paying customers! Don't recommend this school! Very bad all the way!!!

Negative experience: Such a bad service in this school call center never works. Such a long process and takes time to book schedule for slot and appointment. Plus your learning permit expires in such time then u need to renew and pay again when it’s not your fault because there is no schedule ‍♀️ depressing school to learn driving.

Negative experience: Big advice to everyone don’t there is many schools for your driving license around Dubai but Al AHLI the worst experience that you can imagine staff is very rude un helpful asking for money it's seems like they are not happy about there job .. even if you just have talk to there manger WALID unfortunately west of time he can’t manage them I believe… as well as the driver they are complaining about the school and getting less salary working for extra hours. Grooming of the staff is zero . If there is less than one star I will be happy to give it very bad experience .. I will not recommend to any human.

Negative experience: Why is it that the only way to book an appointment, one must come in person all the way to Jebel Ali to do so?? In the modern time where we have websites, phone etc, we must appear in person at the office to book. This makes no logical sense and is so inconvenient. We try to book the next lesson at the school right after we finish the last one, but then are told we cannot at that time make bookings but if we want to then we are charged an extra fee 70aed. So my options are to pay a surprise fee to make an appointment, or spend one hour in my car to come and make an appointment on another day? This is madness.

Negative experience: Very dissapointed, Ive spent half day to your institute, input an effort, time and extra fee, I've even taken half day in office with half day salary. I take the exam and clearly inform me that I've pass, later on I found out that it was mistakenly input on their system failed. (whos mistake?) saying we can't do anything about it. Thus, informing that i need to book and retake the exam again?? Its a horrible experience, idk if im only person who experience this but seriously its UNFAIR!!!!

From the moment I enrolled to the day I passed my driving test, the entire process was incredibly smooth, thanks to the dedicated efforts of the administrative team especially Mr Sherin and the expertise instructor Mr. Mohammed Abdelsalam. Administrative Team: The administrative team especially Mr Sherin deserves commendation for his efficiency and professionalism. The enrolment process was hassle-free, and he was always ready to assist with any queries I had. Instructors: The driving instructor Mr. Mohammed Abdelsalam is nothing short of exceptional. He exhibited a high level of expertise, patience, and a genuine commitment to ensuring that his students become safe and confident drivers. The lessons were well-structured, covering a variety of driving scenarios, and the feedback provided after each session was constructive and helpful. He always tries to create a comfortable learning environment which played a crucial role in boosting my confidence behind the wheel. I could complete my Final test and could pass in first attempt with the support of Mr. Mohammed Abdelsalam. I highly recommend him as the instructor as he is very sincere towards his work and gives 100%.
