Negative experience: My first test was scheduled for 08:00, but it started at 08:30. The examiner was not busy, all this time he was smoking and talking outside! The second test was at 12:30 and again I was waiting for the examiner to come, and then it turned out that my test was at 11:30, but I booked for 12:30 and received a message that the test was at 12:30! In the end, my test started at 13:00 and it lasted 27 minutes, as if the examiner was determined that I would not pass this test! After that, I went to the cashier and asked to print out my statment for all payments, to which the cashier replied that he did not have a printer and he should not print anything. The work of this branch is simply outrageous!!!! Yesterday I called the support service and they promised to call me back the next day and book classes and an exam at another branch, but no one called me back!!!! This is the maximum disrespect!!!

Fantastic experience: I opened my file at the Al Barsha Branch. The team were helpful and friendly and I had a good experience with Mr. Ejaz. The lessons were easy and stress free to schedule. However I failed my RTA Final twice. And I cannot describe how much value Ms Mary Ann from the Al Quoz Branch added to this whole process. She was my initial assessment examiner and when I failed my RTA final I knew I had to take lessons with her. Her coaching, positive attitude and detailed feedback helped me improve my approach. Positive experience: Very good service and help. Classes are useful and the instructors are nice. The only thing holding this from a full rating is the RTA's theoretical online classes which seemed to be eagerly striving to frustrate the user and then trying to overachieve by becoming their 13th reason why. This poorly programmed soul sucking online excuse for a class managed to ask non essential questions and at times even gave false negatives in the mock tests forcing me to redo the entire class multiple times over, havi g to guess and stumble my way through via trial and error. Some advice I can give which I learned way too late was that the pdf they send you is a great supplemental help and should be treated as the primary source of knowledge. Additionally, I would like to add that for your parking test, book the Al-khail branch for your last two classes and try to book a class right before your mock test to best get ready.

Fantastic experience: I recently got my driving license from this centre under the instructor Mr. Ishfaq Ali. He was very professional, kind and helpful. I did not have to think about anything- he booked all my classes and tests promptly. Since I couldn’t opt for weekday or daytime classes due to my work, I thought my license would take much longer. But Ishfaq bhai always booked classes on time for me and I got my license within 3 month period. Highly recommend him.

Negative experience: This school is only interested in taking money other than that they will not move a finger to deliver any kind of customer service. I regret every fils I spent here. Their instructors are stressed with no patience towards th new learners. They make you feel very uncomfortable. So I called a million times and asked for my NOC LETTER to be sent to my email. and every time they just bla bla bla me and never called back or sent anything. The ladies answering my calls always said that the manager would get back to me but never did. So the next step is just to go complain to RTA and Customer rights. Cheers!

I started with golden chance, but didn’t work out. Then whole journey has started. Would like to thanks my first trainer - Wilma. Then she went vacation, so I needed to take another trainer - Ishfaq ! And it was the best what could happened to me. Ishfaq is so passionate about his work and patient to his students. Negative experience: Really poor service, everything you need to do, you have to go there in person, no virtual services and customer service calls are really unhelpful.. each branch tell me to call the other branch and they provide you with minimum support and guidance. I called another school to compare services and the other one literally shared every small details with me and offered pick up services and they were friendly and excellent

Negative experience: The process management in this school is terrible. You simply can't reach anyone by phone in a particular branch. Whatapps not answering. Their app is horrible and doesn't work. You have to leave a request via call center and wait when they call you back during the day. If you want to sign up another person for a class you're doomed. They can only call the number from their case. They don't provide any receipts or invoices, I specifically asked at the clearance to give me an invoice with all payments, a guy took my email and promised to send, but never did it.
