Unfortunately, due to my nervousness, I was unable to pass the test on my first attempt. Afterwards, I had the opportunity to train with Nasrullah Sir, who was equally exceptional. The only improvement they should make is to make it easy for shifting and VIP students as most of the time the it's difficult to book class at your own convenient since they always say it's booked . perhaps things can be better on that. Anyway ,I was lucky to get Banaras as my instructor. He is indeed the best definition of the word *INSTRUCTOR* ABSOLUTELY amazing, patient, friendly, professional I couldn't describe him enough. Fantastic experience: Thanks to my instructors Mr. Banaras and Mr. Muhammad Gul Zand, I was able to pass every single test on either my 1st or 2nd attempt, including the final road test. Mr. Muhammad Gul Zand was also extremely helpful and informative regarding the final road test. Mr. Shoaib Wafa was also very helpful regarding preparing for the theory test. Also essentially everyone at the physical location from the info. desk, security guard, and customer service/booking staff are all extremely helpful and efficient. Would highly recommend making bookings etc. at the physical location over the call center though - the latter might be understaffed, or there may be an issue with the way the booking system and permissions work.

Positive experience: Mixed experience with this particular driving center. I had the pleasure (and sometimes pain) of interacting with many staff members and instructors. However, I have to give full credit to Raufe Vattakandy. Thanks to his guidance and support, I was able to clear my test. He was incredibly patient and helped me manage my nervousness, providing clear explanations of the rules and techniques that made all the difference. If it weren’t for Raufe, I’m not sure I would have passed. I strongly recommend Raufe for Manual and Sayed for Automatic.

Fantastic experience: I got my driving test on my first attempt, and I am certain that it was only possible because of my dear and highly professional instructor, Imran Gul. Imran conducted the lessons with great patience, always providing clear instructions, paying close attention to my movements, constantly correcting and pointing out areas for improvement. He was very concerned and attentive to the outcome of the lessons and how I was feeling as a student! I would definitely recommend Belhasa, and especially Imran, he is the best!! Fantastic experience: Nasrullah driver instructor is really great. I can't say a lot of great words about school, because RTA failed me on a golden chance option. But, Nasrullah is a great man, I think that straight away he sees the potential of the driving abilities of everybody, and we just focused on what was really needed to pass all tests (internal ones and RTA). When I failed my golden chance, after practiving with Nasrullah, I passed all my tests from the first attempt, and also, I completed everything just in 13 days (less than 2 weeks) with him. So when you choose the driver trainer, choose vehicle 27.

Fantastic experience: I recently passed my RTA test and received my license with Belhansa Jebel Ali. I did my driving classes with Mr Nasrullah who is excellent! He was patient, kind and encouraging. He took so much time to teach me. Even when I made the same mistakes, he kept encouraging me. I am a confident driver because of him. I owe him a lot. He was sending so invested in me passing the test more than anyone I know. I really couldn’t have gotten my license without him. I also want to give a shout out to him Wasif from customer service.
