Negative experience: Horrible experience DO NOT JOIN THIS SCHOOL AT ANY COST.. THEY HAVE NO SENSE OF URGENCY FOR CUSTOMERS N STUDENTS it's been 6 months now with file.. I don't get slots until a week or 15 days.. the admissions are so high they cannot accommodate the students they will keep on delaying so the chances of mistakes will increase which helps them make more money & delays.. Join belhaza or any other driving school but not this they do provide slots even if u fail with nearest slots Customer service is even more pathetic

Drivedubai school's instructors Umer Zaman and Mohan Singh are very good...the institution management wasted a lot of time... However, there are significant improvements needed in the booking process, especially in the female section.The male booking section is organized and provides clear guidance, ensuring a smooth process for scheduling classes and addressing queries. On a brighter note, the instructors at Drive Dubai are outstanding. A special mention goes to Ms. Manjit, who helped me overcome my fear of driving with her patient and encouraging teaching style. Fantastic experience: It's almost a month now when I got my UAE driver's license. And for this, I want to thank my instructor Mr. Rizwan Ghaffar for the patience since I am a newbie driver. I got to know some of the techniques that was able to help me understand more especially for the parking. Also, for Tayyeb Ali for patiently booking my classes and for some reminders. I was able to finish my classes in few months as I don't need to wait for too long for schedules. We can book the exams and classes immediately, student online portal is also good as I can pay online for the balance and easy to use. Overall, highly recommended for driving school! Been choosing for the "known" driving school before but this is the best recommendation, plus it is near our office so I can take classes during my lunch time.

Negative experience: Very bad school The office staff of this school is very misleading, especially the ones booking tests and classes, they even give one test in one learning permit. They keep wasting a lot of time. I have been learning here for almost two and a half years, I have not received my license yet, almost 18 thousand dirhams have been spent, please do not open a file in this school.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with the customer service. When I enrolled, I was promised morning classes, but now I'm being forced to take evening classes instead. Fantastic experience: Best Institute as i got my lisence within short time of 2 months ..less waiting time then other institutes.Had a wounderful experience with instructor “Mr. Al-Ameen” as he is very professional and motivated me to make this achievement done in a smooth and professional way ..

Negative experience: I have opened my file and It's been 9 months already. They take 2 weeks to book a class and 2 weeks to get a RTA exam date, like I have applied for a 4 time option and it takes 3 months to finish a batch of exam... I had to renew my learning permit 3 times already and I still not completed my RTA exams. 8th month running and today was my first road test and I failed I have to wait 11 days to finish my classes and have to wait 2 weeks to get another test and repeat. No empathy, no value for others time, no value of others efforts and money spent. I don't recommend this school, I am already trapped and have to finish it somehow. November 24th I have already booked my ticket to go home for the holidays but I have to cancel it because I have to attend the exam. . 4 attempts takes 3 months ‍.. and the office staffs they are bad at their jobs . It's not a costumer care its a costumer canvassing unit

Negative experience: Try to choose some other driving school instead of this. 1. They took 4 days to open my file. A new hire lady from pakistan on desk had zero knowledge on opening a file for motorcycle. 2. I was initially asked to pay for 20 hours when i already have 10 year license from home. Then on escalation and going to local kiosk of drive dubai i was able to open the file. 3. Online portal to take theory classes doesn't work on many browsers. 4. Scheduling tests, exams and classes takes months. They will make fake promises that slots are available and will be scheduling classes and exams in days, but it takes months. 5. When you try to complain on IVR you will on hold for hours. Try to go to some other driving school.

Negative experience: The school all in all is good , but several instructors are unprofessional and rude. Too many unnecessary charges , they only ask for money and if you ask back for refunds, very proudly give you the no refund policy. They say they are allowed to only take money and not give back. It's disheartening to see the instructor behaving rudely with people, they are discouraging and demotivating too. The pick up and drop of vehicle driver mr salman is rude he will talk as if we are the ones who are disturbing him by asking for a pick /drop and he is the most unsafe drivers I have seen in all of dubai. Today ( 12/12/24) I called for reschedule of my class the reason provided by the call center executive was " The staff has already left the institution, therefore it cannot be rescheduled ". It's high time they get professional and stop giving child like excuses.

Positive experience: Drive Dubai is a good Institute to obtain driver's license for LMV Or HMV. They have different package which you can opt for like single attempt and multiple attempt. The price is very competitive than the other Institutes.they have good trainers from different nationalities for the respective classes. I would suggest Mr. Asarudeen Haja to book your driving sessions for LMV classes. The Institute provide pick up and drop service as well from the nearest bus stop or a common point of your residence. The admin staff is also very polite. Institute is neat and clean and have good infrastructure, there is a small cafe as well inside the Institute. They have Nissan cars (old and new models both). Also, for vip classes they have BMW and Other luxury cars. Overall the Institute is nice and helps you to pass the test in first attempt. So definitely recommend it Tip: you can directly book your RTA test from the RTA website for an early date. (If you aren't getting a sooner date for the parking and final road test) .

Negative experience: I had a very bad experience with Drive Dubai. I opened my file in April and still haven't got my license. I was not given the instructors I asked for, for classes, never got class dates when I needed it. I was not given any support, when I kept failing the tests. Most of my instructors would be on the phone during classes and I was too scared to say anything, as I am a student who is totally dependent on the instructors while driving. I can give names of the instructors who have not helped me in any way during the classes. Also, as I was given a new instructor each time I failed, the instructor would spend the first 1 hour just observing me. It has been such a waste of time and energy for me. I havent regretted anything more in life, than opening a file with Drive Dubai.

Fantastic experience: My experience learning to drive in Dubai has been a long, tiring journey, ups and downs. I am grateful I finally got my license. Positive experience: I passed on my 2nd try. Big thanks to Teresita for the initial driving classes. Helped me find my groove with driving and quickly progress. In entirety the process took me 2 and a half months. Only thing I would suggest improving is the process of booking tests. Sometimes it took 11 days to get a date. But regardless, a total positive experience

Positive experience: So far my experience has been very average.. You don't get slots easily.. You get slots after 1-2 weeks that means lot of waiting... And your leaning permit expires in 3 months and then you have to again pay money for renewal..would not suggest drive Dubai if you want to get the license faster...

Positive experience: Got my driver’s license after only 5 months of training and classes, Alhamdulillah My instructor, Ms. Teresita Lucero, helped me to become a confident driver on the road by strongly building up my basics and giving objective feedback that made me improve each lesson. Ms. Wgdan Ahmed was also very helpful in giving me valuable tips to pass my parking tests with a friendly approach. Mr. Muzammil, my coordinator at the Motor city branch of Drive Dubai was very helpful in assisting me with my entire driving journey. Drive Dubai gives great 3-tries or 6-tries packages which are both economical as well as giving safety during attempts, so I really enjoyed the packages they offered My only feedback for improvement would be that, in the case of parking, when an approach (E.g parking points) is taught to the student, it’s not changed each lesson as this can be confusing, rather original approach is focused on even if the parking instructor changes

Fantastic experience: Being a beginner and having no prior driving experience in home country, I was able to clear my Final Road test in 1st attempt. All the credit goes to Mr. Maksood Ahmed who spent so many hours correcting my mistakes and teaching me the UAE driving rules and regulations. He took it up as a personal challenge to teach me driving and did not ever give up on me. If you wish to clear your parking class in first attempt look for no one beyond Mr Hikmat Ullah who is a pro at teaching the correct maneuvers. Last but not the least a big thank you to Ms. Sneha Sasikumar at the Ladies section who also went beyond her way to get me my class bookings at the earliest. Her honesty and integrity is commendable. All the RTA examiners whom I came in touch with were very polite and honest. I heard from a lot of people that RTA examiners are very rude but that was not the case at all. A big thank you to Mr. Maksood, Mr. Hikmat and Ms. Sneha for helping me accomplish my goal.

Negative experience: HORRENDEOUS! I am trying to get NOC so I can transfer to another driving school, but they are not answering. I have went to their head office Monday 26th August, 2024. They noted down my number and said they will get it resolved in 2-3 days. UPDATE: It has been full 2 week, I have been trying to contact the Head Office and still unable to get the NOC. UPDATE 2: DriveDubai replied down below and asked me my registration. But nowhere else to put the registration number: 23208895. This is unacceptable.

First of All i want to Thankfull to mine Instractor/mantor and most respected Teacher (Umar Zaman) who gave me courage confidence and guide me through out this journey.i take most of my classes(all) with him.there behaviour way of guide to their student and humbleness make me able to get mine license as quick as i can.the reason behind i give these 3 stars is none otherthen Umar sab. Now i want to share mine experience with customer care....i have worst experience with them no one even know how to talk.give classes to there known person with in week and cancel other's classes most of the time and may b give after a month later.i got mine license after 11 month and i fail only twice in final you can imagine from this how worst they are.other then this there way of talk,dealing with customer mostly with (labour Brother) are like most worst i have ever seen.derive dubai should teach some ethics to there customer care people.wsalam
