Negative experience: nowadays they will make you fail your test several times although you can drive safely , if you changed the branch you will pass which indicates the problem is with this branch only , don’t recommend anyone to go there .

Negative experience: Not happy with one of the ladies whose work is to open the file for new students. She did not speak in a polite way with patience. After consideration, I decide to get the file opened at another driving school, not SDI.

Fantastic experience: Just passed the final test today. I had a very good instructor Mr Zakaria Syed. He is so good in noticing the error and correcting them. All what he said i found in the final test even the road he practiced the training with me was same in test.

Negative experience: Waited 1 hour on hold and still didn’t even get connected to an agent

Negative experience: My driving lessons were stopped without prior notification and waiting for long for another instructor. Pre-test schedule is delayed for long even after payments. Called many times and requested but no use. Sorry to say that I'm totally disappointed with the service.

Negative experience: The file closes after 6 month..they keep saying they dont have empty vacancy for street training untill it closes..then you have to pay again for file reactivation..save your time and money go to alnasria

However, Ms. Jainabi patient and understanding approach made the entire process significantly less daunting She was always patient with my mistakes and never made me feel pressured or rushed. Fantastic experience: I’d like to thank my amazing instructor, Aysha Butt, for being so friendly and patient. She made every lesson enjoyable and helped me build confidence behind the wheel. A big thanks also to the drivers who were always punctual for pickups and drop-offs. However, I had some issues with the call center. I was left on hold for a long time on multiple occasions, and had to visit the institution in person just to clarify a simple question. Overall, my experience with SDI Driving Institute was great, and I’m grateful for the skills I’ve learned.

I did my driving classes at SDI main branch and will definitely recommend the same, as the entire process was smooth and fast. I opted classes on Saturdays and Sundays and still I got the license in 2 months. Fantastic experience: I got UAE driving license today, 14th October 2024. It was a great experience with the institute and especially my instructor Mr. MOHAMMAD KHALFAN A, who was really good. Fantastic experience: Before visiting the driving institute, you need to do an eye test & open a traffic file that'll cost you 200 dhs. You will receive an sms. You will need the Emirates Id and 682 dhs. You will be given a book. The traffic test is done online or in the test, after which you will begin taking the driving classess.

Negative experience: Bad institute and not worth the money (there is no air conditioning in the waiting building and you cannot book an appointment through a phone call or a website and you have to go to the branch to book the appointment and return home again) and also I had an appointment at 3 pm I waited until 4:30 and the supervisor told me there were no trainers after waiting for an hour and a half

He was telling me to use common sense instead of teaching me the rudiment and right way of. I had to resort to videos online . It’s the worse tuition I have ever had.

Negative experience: I passed 1st test it's been 3 weeks they are not scheduling my classes for further.I called and submitted my complain 4 times. And they assured to get back.. And now they are not picking up calls..seriously this is not professional way...

Negative experience: Our Instructor are taking leave and we didn’t get continuous class , it will affect our road test too…. The leave they will inform throw sms on the same day only ….. if we trying to call the institution they will not attend the call …. Institution need money only

Negative experience: It has been one week since I started calling them to book my classes. My calls went through two times after hours of waiting. Both times they were not able to help me. After week of trying to call I went to school. There was no one in the desk.

Fantastic experience: I'm happy I took the right decision of joining SDI as they are very dedicated in the services they offer. Ms Eman at bldg no#5 has been wonderful at customer service, she helped me in all my schedule changes on the spot throughout my journey so I never had to go to any other counter for any further help. Ms Jainabi has been the best instructor to me. I passed all my tests in first attempt. For anyone stressing how to find the right instructor, I recommend every student joining SDI main branch to please go for Ms Jainabi as your driving is a reflection of your instructor. I never get late to my classes, thanks to Mr. Imtiaz & He picks his passengers on time & makes sure we reach before our classes start. My journey has been free of struggle as he makes sure to pick us from the entrance of our building. Keeping his passengers safe.

Fantastic experience: I passed today and i want to share my raw experience i changed 3 teachers then i got classes from Javaria abdul latifteacher. She has been veryy veryy patient with me very humble even i made alot of mistakes and i forgot the things and i was so confused about few things but she never gave up on me she taught me very well helped me alot. She gave her proper time and attention her energy was so positive if ever i felt down she lift me up and guided me and gave her extra time and effort.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with Safina alam to make sure find me lessons and booking exam efficiently , she is so professional and hard worker

Negative experience: The reception at the main females' driving centre desk (building no. 4). One oldish aged and one young lady, both didn't have any manners, inhumane, rude, ignorant, bunch of unprofessionals and wannabes are sitting in the position which they don't deserve. They both mocked my 8 month pregnant and struggling sister and forced her to wait for 3 and half hours on an extremely uncomfortable chair and later on told her to stand and when she requested to please let her know the details of her driving test and informed them of her health issues they showed bland ignorance, unconcern, unpleasant, unresponsive, apathetic, callous, cruel, disinterested ,indifferent, insensitive and extremely rude attitude towards my sister. They later on were laughing at my sister's condition in an extremely mocking & taunting way and making fun of her health. Due to this horrendous experience, I would never recommend anyone to go there because the level of unprofessionalism shown by the employees here is way too much in comparison to other institutions. I would like to talk to your manager. Otherwise, I'll take your complaint to the sharjah police and ministry. Karma will track you down and may you receive this treatment later on in your life. May you struggle and nobody will come to your assistance and help. I said what I said. I wish I could give it a zero rating.

Positive experience: Today, I completed my driving license application. Here are some thoughts on the experience: - Initial Registration: The process was fairly smooth. Although there’s room for improvement, the supportive and helpful staff made it a 4-5 star experience. - Theory Exam: This was easy. Honestly, two hours of studying proved to be more than sufficient to pass. - Practical Lessons: My experience here was less favorable. Unfortunately, my instructor was not very practical and often veered off-topic. Despite his assertions about speed limits and ignoring stop signs, I later realized his advice was incorrect. - Road Test: Naturally, I was stressed due to my usual anxiety with exams, but the examiner was tolerant and overlooked a few minor mistakes. Overall, I'm really satisfied with their service, which I would rate at 4 stars

Fantastic experience: I completed my training under SDI and it was a beautiful journey. I sincerely want to thank my instructors , Ms.Zubeida and Ms. Javeria for their patience and professionalism throughout my lesson. You analysed my weak areas and rectified them . This personalised approach made a huge difference and boosted my confidence. Thank-you for creating a supportive and stress free environment which made it easier for me to learn .

Fantastic experience: I am generally impressed by the service I received especially the practical aspect of the tutorials. My special thanks will go to first Mr Moshceen the supervisor I hope I spelt the name properly, he’s always on hand to help answer my questions and offer help where necessary, he is well natured I must admit, and secondly my instructor Ma’am Javera I hope I spelt her name correctly also, this lady is one in a million, she taught me things I never knew in my decades of driving. I ll definitely recommend SDI any time. I ll give them both 10/10 and 9/10 to SDI

Negative experience: Never ever suggest SDI for any student who are will to take driving linece it is just bussiness they don't care about student they care only about their money, fees are too much high.

Negative experience: Kalba branch is not communicating with their customers. I have been waiting for a month now but still no calls or email. This is extremely sad. Customer service doesn't have information at all. :-(
