Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful learning journey with bin yaber. The instructors were very friendly and motivating. They are also skilled with various teaching techniques to help each student pass each test confidently and easily. My instructor Mr. Thajudheen Mangadan was very helpful and provided me complete support while he was my instructor for parking class and also for road classes at Ruwayyah. I was also given great guidance and useful techniques by Mr. Abdul Majid from Oud Mehta branch for my road driving classes. The transportation service was reliable, and Mr. Sadir from Oud Mehta ensured everything ran smoothly with his punctuality.

Positive experience: I just passed my final road test today and wanted to write a tribute to my wonderful instructor, Thajudheen Mangadan, for his incredible support over the past few months. Initially, I was assigned different instructors, but I wasn’t happy with any of them. Some lacked patience with a beginner like me, which made me uncomfortable. One instructor even watched TikTok videos while instructing me (I’m not even lying). It felt like he didn’t want to be there or do his job. Honestly, how does this guy still have a job? I immediately requested a change of instructor. Then, I was very lucky to be assigned to Thajudheen Mangadan. His instructing style and skill are beyond amazing! He was very patient, understanding, and extremely encouraging when I performed well. He guided me thoroughly and helped me practice my weakest areas repeatedly until I perfected them. He helped me pass the Internal Assessment test, Smart Yard RTA test, and final road test. I am really grateful to Instructor Thajudheen! If there were 100 stars in this rating section, I would happily give him all 100 stars. He is the best instructor at Bin Yaber that I have ever had. Highly recommend Thajudheen!!! I wasn’t 100% happy with Bin Yaber and the way they run things to make money. I wasn’t happy with their transportation service (sometime) and some of the drivers either (drove so fast, broke the law, spoke on the phone while driving). But at the end, I passed and that matters. I would still recommend Bin Yaber to everyone though.

Positive experience: Myself Mujtaba, today I received my driving license through BYD.. in 2nd attempt, for automatic car... in the beginning I was not fully satisfied, but later by the instructor guidance I was calm .. My instructor was from Egypt Mr. Ridah Abdul Azim, very nice person very humble and supportive.. he has good command over his teaching, his knowledge about driving is very good.. basically everybody can't teach you.. some ppl have good knowledge, good command but can't able to deliver.. Negative experience: READ CAREFULLY ‼️ I got my driving license from Bin Yaber Driving Institute back in 2022 after I have moved from a different institute and everything was good back then. However, this all has changed — I decided to take my fiancée to get her registered her and I am honestly shocked by the significant change that this place has went through. I am committed to sharing the truth and I always will. 1. They are now money hungry — It is heartbreaking to see how Bin Yaber has now become more focused on money than on providing quality service. when we first came in to check the packages, we were misled into getting a 4900 dirham package which we were told would be flexible and have unlimited tries at no additional cost, but they did not provide us with any written note or documentation stating that, and we found out later on that this was not the truth. I do not remember who it was, but it was at the reception and if I had any little bit of proof, I would have immediately reported to DED. We complained about this and recieved no help, instead we ended up paying an additional 5000 AED. 2. Their packages are a sham — Whatever is happening to driving institutes in Dubai is absolutely nuts, to put it into perspective; The most expensive passport in the world costs 3,700 AED and an 'Ehh' package at Bin Yaber costs around 4,900 AED. It is honestly baffling. They claim to provide discounts for Fazaa cardholders but they have no terms and conditions available anywhere and is technically not applicable on any package. (50%... It is just marketing and they will milk every penny out of you) 3. Falsely accessible facilities — The institute’s parking situation is appalling, with buses ALWAYS parked in handicap spots, showing a lack of respect for those who genuinely need these spaces. Moreover, the institute’s layout has become chaotic, with a single one-way road being used for all vehicle movement and also as a bus parking! This makes navigating the area a nightmare, whether you’re a student, an instructor, or a visitor. Trying to exit or even move around the premises has become unnecessarily stressful due to the disorganized traffic flow and lack of proper infrastructure. And it doesn't end there! Accessible washrooms exist, but are blocked by cleaner's equipment and are never open for use, honestly shameful. Proceed with caution, but I still advice to check out other institutes and see what works best for you! Remember that all these institutes use 'Word of Mouth' method for free marketing so don't let anyone manipulate your choice.

I would like to share my experience with Binyaber driving institute oud mehta Dubai, After enrolled I was very nervous but when I meet with a amazing person of the Binyaber to MR Zahid Bashir the nervousness gone.. His friendly,Calm and professional behavior make me more confident behind the wheel.his knowledge about the Dubai roads Rules and laws are amazing. He is very loyal with his work always motivate me to complete my driving licence in first attempt. So sir today is day when I'm complete my driving licence at first attempt. Negative experience: I am looking to transfer my wife to a different school. There are no considerations, and the customer service is one of the worst. I spoke to an agent named Mohamed, who was arrogant and even told me how to withdraw her file. My issue is their pick and drop service. I highly advise you to carefully consider schools that offer better services. My bad I let my wife decide to pick a driving school.

Every service here is amazing, from daily pickup and on time schedules until the end of my classes. I contacted them a few days ago, and they assured me they would call me back within 24 hours to confirm my booking. It's now been 3 days, and I still haven't heard a thing from them. No follow-up, no response, just complete silence. This is incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. I understand delays happen, but no communication at all is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place if you're looking for reliable service!"

Fantastic experience: Today Alhamdulillah I got passed in my Final RTA road test. I did passed my test in first attempt. I am very happy that I got my license. To book test you call they will not reply you however before u make opt VIP services they will accept all request Worst driving school

Fantastic experience: The instructors are really good and professional. The best instructors that have trained me were Mr. Gurmeet Singh and Mr. Rajesh Vishwanathan. They provide good guidance. All employees are professional. The institute even provides pick up and drop service as well, which is beneficial. The entire experience from the start till the end was all good. Glad to have received my license through Bin Yaber Driving Institute.

Negative experience: Professional beggars, they will continue to improvement in begging money professionally… not even ashamed of themselves They are begging and they need lots of money , pay them as much as you can. Be aware of these schools scams, these schools are collecting money on the name of RTA. Please read carefully and secure yourself. - Do not provide them OTP if they ask for that. - you can login to RTA website and register yourself - book your RTA test online through RTA website the school will charge you extra fee. - for license issuance you can apply online through RTA website I transferred myself from bin yaber to another school and for that the NOC from bin yaber is required , in the NOC they issued they mentioned 22 registered hours whereas I was registered for 20 hours. As a proof I have attached both contract from bin yaber and NOC. They are scammers and scamming with every students. To appear for RTA final road test you need to complete 10,15 or 20 hours of training either you pass or fail in the internal assessment test it does not matter but the school will keep failing you intentionally and keep making money. I spoke to RTA related to this and I have attached screenshot taken from the RTA website that clarifies that the assessment test is just a practice test to final road test. These schools are high level of cheaters , I sent many emails to bin yaber to fix the NOc however they are not responding to it. Secure yourself, if you need guidance I guide you and you can save your money and time.

Negative experience: Most pathetic driving school, please go to any other driving school but not this, they just wanna take the maximum money that they can take from you, and they are not helpful in any sense. I attended my classes and still they gave me absent and when i asked them to fix it they just say we are working on it i just wasted my 4 days waiting for them. I have many other horrible stories to share bt thrs not enough space here. All in all pls don’t get ur driving license from here.

Negative experience: Everyone, beware of this driving school! They offered me a package worth 11,000 dirhams, which seemed reasonable at first glance. I went ahead and paid 8,700 dirhams for what was supposed to be the basic amount. Everything seemed to be fine until I started noticing their sneaky tactics. They are absolute masters at exploiting their customers, constantly finding ways to extract more and more money from you without any real benefit. It's like they have a hidden syllabus in financial extortion. Every week, a new "mandatory" expense would pop up, making it seem like I was on an endless payment treadmill. Eventually, I had had enough and decided to transfer my file to another school, hoping for a better experience. But guess what? I ended up losing the entire amount I had already paid. Not a single dirham refunded. It was a complete and utter disappointment. You can imagine how thrilled I am about the whole experience. If you're considering this driving school, think twice. They might as well be experts in wallet drainage instead of teaching driving skills. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: It was nice positive experience, I started while I was pregnant they really took care of me.. Instructors are great, nagwa, mohamed Ahmed, nasredin all of them helped me pass both my parking and RTA road test on the first try. Schedule team unaisha who helped me with my schedules when I have emergency with my pregnancy. MR Mustafa operation manager for accommodating me. Negative experience: Attention all Golden Chance students, Rta saying parking is major fail for the GC students. But the institute or the instructor will never tell you this. Even the instructors told that the examiner not even look the parking. The examiner told before entering the car if you properly park the car only i will give you the license.

Positive experience: Mixed experience with the school, there were frequent delays, with long gaps of a week or two between each step. The internal test process was frustrating, with some examiners arrogance involved, which led to me to take 8 extra hours and 2 additional internal road tests. However, I had a great experience with Khaled Emaara, who was the best instructor I worked with, very helpful and to the point.

I signed up for the VIP package and I had no prior license from home country so I was a beginner, the instructor Islam Bin Ahmed Jabri was assigned to me and he is a great human being, a very humble teacher and an exceptional instructor. Positive experience: My experience with BEN YABER has been mixed. While I am still in the process of completing my license , I have faced some challenges. The frequent change of instructors from one class to the next has been frustrating, and the booking team has not met my expectations in terms of professionalism. That said, I want to sincerely thank George from Ben Yaber’s customer service team. He has truly been the best part of my experience with the school. George is patient, helpful, and always quick to assist, making the process much easier for me. I hope these issues will be resolved soon, and I look forward to obtaining my driving license.

Positive experience: Honestly this is a great driving school, i didn’t stick with one instructor during my time here. I had multiple to learn everyone’s different ways of doing things. And the one thing a driving school needs is good and calm instructors and this place has it. Very friendly people and great for beginners. All the instructs I had were very helpful and friendly. Fantastic experience: I got my driver's license here and I have to say that I only had very positive experiences whilst being here. The process of getting a driver's license is very linear and very simple. Furthermore the driving instructors I got were all very pleasant and really helped me be a better driver, despite this being my first time driving. I really have to commend my last driving instructor, Baderaldeen Abdalla Mohamed Elameen for being very friendly and being a great driver. Having a great driving instructor made my journey in getting a driver's license very pleasant.

Though it was not a perfect experience due to my salesman but overall I am really satisfied with for the below reasons! 1. Instructor - My bias instructor here is Reynaldo since he has helped me developed my driving skills.. he has given me techniques that had helped me as a beginner. His goal is for you to learn and understand lectures and able to implement it practically. I was able to get my license in one attempt only. So this guy is the best, though it will be very hard to book him since he is always fully booked. 2. Customer Experience Manager - Ramadan has been a great help for me in sorting my issue. My driving instructor, Islam, was super friendly, knowledgeable in driving and safety and extremely professional. He made the experience fun and enjoyable. Booking appointments was a breeze. I took the motorcycle course, and everyone I met at the school was incredibly helpful and professional.
