Negative experience: Worst driving training institute; never fall in to their trap of multiple partial small payments. Eventually you will pay more including penalties. It is extremely difficult to be able to book a training class or a test and their timelines are very extended. My son has been in this process for 7 months now and still ongoing. Today, since morning trying to speak to someone in vain!

Negative experience: Im giving 5 star for the instructors and zero for assessors . when it comes to assessment, they cannot explain it properly and will fail you without even explaining everything. Every training they will say all perfect and good. Then during assessment they will find something small and not hazardous and will fail you because of that, very suspicious. Comeon. Taking your course is tiring and very frustrating. I took your lumpsum to save money but money is getting wasted with bus fares and taxi fares!!! If we could just get refund. We will!! We will move to other driving school! Very disappointing and frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Already 5 tries and still not okay?? Maybe you need to check your training materials and guidelines. Coz something is not adding up.

Negative experience: If i can possible to complaint in police station against galdari i will do.because these galdari peoples are very money based peoples,they will fail you for getting commission for extra classes.so away from galdari

Negative experience: I'm very disappointed in the testing process I had school examiners failing me for no reason in my 5th manual driving test they act in an professional manner some without even mentioning a valid reason one said to me "you are not enjoying your test " what is that !? And they speak with other students that are from Pakistan like them in there language with me setting in the back not understanding anything and passing them although they make huge mistakes i kept quiet for a long time hopping that these were separate cases but as i now i'm convinced they are doing it intentionally.

Negative experience: Majority of the students will fail because there are a few competent instructors. Others are all teaching generic methods not taking into account the height of the students. It's only after 2.5 years I was taught by 2 competent instructors that helped me get the license.

Negative experience: This is the worst driving school in Dubai, I had a very bad experience with Galadari Driving Center, they deliberately delayed my Noc for almost a month, and they didn't care to complete it until I filed a complaint against them in RTA, and the worst thing is that they gave me a non-conforming payment section, which means the fees are not required and there is something illegal in getting those fees

Negative experience: Iam student now on caladari I registered since august and I still suffering to get my classes can you imagine that I had 2 days class only and every time I go to bock a class I found wrong issue and mistakes in the system first time they put wrong amount that I have to pay as long as I paid fully for unlimited package I was planing to finish my driving class and get the license as per my plan they disappointed me now we are on October turning to November i just had 2 days !!!! Last week I went to bock they said need approval till now I didn’t get approve to have my classes !!! So my permit will expire and it’s not my fault who will pay ??!! By the way I came to Insitute to have NOC to do with other school as before I was in caladari but the lady conves me to register again with them and now this is the result in 3 months iam fighting to have my class what is the issue ? Negative experience: I got my driving licence finally but I can't recommend this school to anyone, but I will advice you to do research first and see which schoo L is better for you. Examiner will fail you because they're in a bad mood. 1 passed on 3rd attempt. First I was nervous, second attempt examiner failed me for no reason and didn't tell me the mistake when I checked results, she put major mistake which was a lie. 3 attempt passed with no minor. But I can't recommend this school to anyone. They have smoker trainers. Every 10min they ask for 4mmmm smoke, they don't care about students, they're always on phone but good luck to everyone try your luck

Negative experience: I spent 2 years trying to get the license and it’s too hella expensive, at first they said that I will only pay once whatever is there in the promotion package that I got but then they charged every single class and exam I’ve taken. I’m a student, where will I get money for that? I was required to work and study just to get my license and it took a long time because of the money and the management is so slow and the bookings are far. Tbh if you want to suffer and have mental health issues you can go ahead and register there.

The instructors seem more interested in maximizing revenue than in helping students succeed. I've encountered numerous obstacles and delays, and it feels like I'm being taken for a ride. Positive experience: People say "they make you fail" I say this is just an excuse for failure, I am an experienced 10 years driving but the fails I had were so clear and a result of my personal misconduct, the tester was very helpful, realistic and sympathetic!!! Positive experience: I have done my driving classes from Galadari Al quesis - this has amazing teachers like Altaf Pardesi who taught me initial driving and guided me to Dubai way of driving and next I had the privilege to learn from Inayat Rahman who identified the technical issue where I was unable to clear the parking test and guided me to clear the test next day and similarly for final road test gave me confidence and took me to high way to remove my fear for reaching the desired road speed. Had a great experience only the timing for classes and getting the next test dates or classes after failing was an issue with Galadari there was always long waiting which they need to fix - rest hassle a good experience

Initially, I was very disappointed with various aspects of the service, including the instructor’s performance and scheduling issues. I had even decided to withdraw and take the NOC due to these frustrations. However, Viji from the Other services team played a crucial role in changing my perspective. Despite my strong decision to leave, Viji's dedication was evident as she actively worked to address my concerns. She made numerous calls, coordinated with operations, and did everything possible to resolve the issues and find suitable dates. Thanks to Viji’s exceptional efforts, I decided to give the service another chance, and I’m pleased to share that I received my driving license today. Negative experience: i raised a complAint regarding the rude behaviour of instructor mr ali mohammed ali(322344) because of him i lost my appointment and money i booked an appointment in altwar at 8.30 when i called this guy he told me to come in al qusais main branch within 10 minutes otherwise he will mark as absent when i told him my booking is in altwar he told me that he cant come there and he was literally shouting on me same day i raised a complaint against this person i went there and waited for 1 hour to make an complaint after that i didnt get any update these really from the starting onwards it was bad experience i got from galdari please if you have any chances please do not choose galadari

Negative experience: Worse place to get your driving license, customer service is the worst like seriously the worst I have to call them for every step I get into let’s say I finish one exam I have to call them to do my next step and 90% they won’t answer the calls they will leave you on hold for up to 5 mins which will use a lot of your credits on no answer , and if they do answer they will say that they will call you in 24-48 hours which they never do imagine having to drive everytime to there branch to complain for every step in the beginning they made a mistake from there side instead of putting me in automatic they kept me in manual which was there fault then it took them 2 weeks to fix it , and the instructors are not professional some time they would just cancel on you randomly and expect you to know much one day my instructer canceled on me last minute and I asked for my class to be rescheduled they told me next month because of a n unprofessional mistake she did or not having someone as back up someday the instructor would just want to end the class cause they are tired , luckily just before my exam I got a professional one , not recommended at all if you are planing to get your license smoothly and quickly I don’t recommend this insititute as they will cause so much inconvenience and will be so m in time consuming because of them.

Fantastic experience: It was a wonderful experience. The Galadari were cooperative, supportive. During the road classes Mr Manoj Abraham and Mr Ashar Abbas were awesome. They given me the confidence to get the licence in the first attempt. Special mention to Mr Abdul Khader Rashidiyya branch who done everything for me during the process. He is very much customer orientated. Kudoos to Team Galadari and all the best.

Positive experience: Trainer Abdul hameed Ghulam rasool was too good in teaching techniques in parking and city roads. Christine from altawar beach helped in booking the class, Arshad khan also helped a lot in the beginning classes. Overall it's a good experience but cost wise there might be some reductions.

Negative experience: My sister joined recently for the driving classes on an offer basis, after few days of waiting period the road assessment training class started & right from the word go the instructor was so discouraging and even said the statement “this is not your cup of tea, do you really need a license, bla-bla” and the instructor declined to continue & now waiting for new instructor to be assigned, just wondering what kind of example your institute is setting, really pathetic, i suggest new aspirants to join at a more reliable & trustable training place.

Fantastic experience: Our Galdari driving school had succeeded in giving me a better class which gained me my UAE license . It's not worth superb or because of their smart work , I gotch because I have experience in saudi license.. they are just trying to have money from the students like a business. Mostly some trainers are also not teaching properly (sleeping while teaching, using mobile phones) there are some teachers too. 1 Mr Muhammad aslam waqar he was a good teacher I felt awesome teaching. Friend office Mrs Sheena she is a good person who knows a good customer caring skills, treats everyone in a friendly manner. By seeing their personality I think some trainers should change their behavior.. This time i met supervisor sheena mam in galadari muhaisnah and she encouraged and supported mentally to take the next test. She instructed me to take an extra class and go for test without tension. Negative experience: One of the worst driving school in dubai... Customer service doesn't work properly and for a cancellation they make u come 3-4 times but doesn't work according to their name... Better to take from another school rather than here

Positive experience: I want to thank Galadari Motor Driving Center for all the assistance i recieved from the first day of learning to drive until i obtained my license. I also thank GMDC Karama branch, Al Quoz, and Al Qusais for their support. May you help many more people learn to drive properly and obtain their lincenses. Thank you and God bless you all!

Positive experience: Hi, I successfully obtained my driving license from Galadari. It took 9 months in total. As I was very new to driving, I initially faced difficulties in securing class slots and finding a good instructor. Five months passed, during which I failed the internal road test five times and didn't receive much support from the instructors. After this period, a friend recommended an instructor named Laxmi Kant. He guided me effectively and helped me overcome my mistakes. From then on, within 3 months, I successfully cleared all the parking and road tests. I am grateful to Laxmi for his help. Galadari is a large school and getting class slots takes a long time; this process could be improved. Apart from this, I didn't encounter any other issues, and overall, my experience was good.

Fantastic experience: Such a good experience. Galadari was so supportive and helpful . I had only 2 months to take license but even then I was able to because of Mehboob sir in the lulu village branch . It was mainly because of him that I got my license this quick . Also my instructor Nassar in the Muhaisnah main branch who guided and instructed me very well . There is no bad comment I want to give . Thank u so much for this bra experience .

Negative experience: poor trainers, Few trainers are good, those who are good, they are not available, for every time, u need to wait 15-20 days to get chance Some times they change ur schedule, time and driver, without ur permission Staffs don't have right information about availability of training time and availability of trainees, if u go to one staff he give different information and at same time u go to next staff she give different information, Information given by staffs are not complete, There is no support by galadari, if u have problem, it's your problem, not galadary problem, and u never get help or support at all

Positive experience: Unless you get an actual good instructor you're gonna be self learning 99% of the time while all they say is go left right left right. You think you did good in a test? Wait til they hit you with a fail and add some madeup reason as to why and enjoy waiting 2 weeks to book classes and another week to book the test again. everyone at receptionist acts like a drained vampire with no enthusiasm no respect all they have is attitude and clearly high blood pressure from the look of their lucki lookin gut. I got my license but I also got a list of people I won't wish happiness upon, anyways go here if you enjoy having your money and time drained from your life. SHOUTOUT TO LADY WHO OPENED MY FILE GIVIN ME DISCOUNTS, SHOUTOUT ARAB GUY AT RECEPTIONIST GIVING TOKEN NUMBERS HE A GOAT AND SHOUTOUT THAT ONE GUY WHO LET ME PLAY LIL YACHTY DURING A DRIVING LESSON WONT SAY WHO CUS I DONT SNITCH ONG AND SHOUTOUT ME FOR GETTING THE LICENSE.

Negative experience: An agent took money from me for Mock test and RTA tests and is now avoiding me and picking my calls. The App doesn't show the payments I made for tests. I think either I got scammed or this institutes agents are useless

Negative experience: Worst driving center: - they make you pay so much money for unnecessary things, literally all they ask is for money - the driving instructors are so nice and good that’s why I give them 1 star - the road to the driving center always has traffic - they don’t give you dates close always 1 month apart - every time I book for a test or a class they tell me it’s confirmed and it’s booked, and when it comes to the time of the class or test they tell me I have nothing booked, always do this - they made me wait for 2 hours and then they told me I had no test booked even though I already paid - I booked the test with a lady examiner and when I came to do it they had booked me with a male examiner instead - waste of money, don’t think about taking your driving tests here - customer service really bad, no one responds to calls and for messages they say and agent will call you soon and no one does

Fantastic experience: Today I got my license, I started my journey from one month ago , I would like to thank the Instructor mr. ezzat al Torky because He was teaching me which led to Pass by RTA road Test and Parking smart Test from the first time , about the school the Galadari team friendly and helpful and try to prepare you in high Quality way especially before any test they train you well.
