Negative experience: Terrible customer service lack of knowledge about any thing especially about health issues. Nobody wants to hear your words everyone have they own rules nobody listen. Very terrible experience you can't explain anything to them because nobody will list. I was told to go to department of health for sick leave for my brother but I was told by the department of health that they have issued new circular but the issue is thst the driving school doesn't know. Worst experience I had ever in entire UAE.

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous but there is a trainer named Carlotta or Maria who trained me in a very special way. She is Filipino and was very kind. When I felt nervous, she would remove this nervousness from me. She helped me develop driving skills in only 6 sessions. She made the fear go away from me and I feel safe while driving. She was the best trainer. For me, Filipino trainers are the best.

I have only 1 concern there is no drinking water available we need to buy with additional charges. Everywhere there should be accessable for free drinking water.. Fantastic experience: I’m very grateful that I got my driver’s license in just span of 9 days. 7 days from the emirates driving school 2hrs/day and 2 days 6 classes for road training. The driver instructors are very informative and approachable. Thanks to emirates driving I’m very confident now in driving in the whole state. You can book online or visit their branch in Mussafah for more information. Estimated cost for the whole process driving school, exam and etc. is roughly 6,000 dirhams.

Thanks to her guidance, I now feel confident and well-prepared to drive safely. I highly recommend Ms. Maria Abola to anyone looking for an outstanding driving instructor! However, I had a disappointing Experience with the LV Simulation Class,I was thoroughly disappointed with the LV Simulation Class. The lack of guidance and support was shocking. No one explained what the class was about, what to expect, or how it would help me. Instead, I was just left to sit in the machine and drive without any clear instructions or objectives. There was no effort from the staff to check if I was doing things correctly or to teach me anything. For someone like me, a beginner with no driving experience, this class was utterly pointless. Without guidance, I didn’t learn anything or understand the purpose of the session. Honestly, I don’t understand why this class exists. It feels like a complete waste of time and money. If the goal is to teach driving skills, they need to provide proper instruction and supervision. As it stands, this class is far from helpful and does not serve its purpose.

Negative experience: call receiver I hate this people I am waiting from 7 minutes but no one lifting my call (call represent us)

Fantastic experience: EDC is impressive place, supporting staff and teachers especially. Further, theory classes and exam take place at building number 3, simulator class takes place in building 1 on the right when enter the EDC's main gate.

Negative experience: It feels more like a place for laborers than accommodating for families, especially women. There should be a more welcoming environment, with a separate location for ladies and families. It's unsettling to see so many laborers and drivers loitering outside, often staring at everyone entering. Even as a male, I find this inappropriate and believe it creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. Providing a dedicated space for families and women would greatly enhance the experience for all.

I would recommend all foreign nationals who is applying for a new driving license without golden chance to opt for the optional "VIP Silver" category with extra 1050 DHs. Because, without it i couldn't get any slots booked via the website for normal category. The best part was Shahid understood my availability and he figured out all the slots for me to complete my entire practical session in 6 days.. I am happy that I opt for this category to fast track my classes. Thank you, Shahid

Negative experience: There is no minus rating here or else i would have give -100 rating to this. I was booked a slot online and wanted to cancel it. I called customer support and waited almost 18 min, once they pick the call and line disconnected automatically. Second tine i waited 15 min and they ask my student number after verification simply said to send email to them. Whats the use of customer service and option to select cancellation in the call. Moreover the i paid for 2 classes at a time whcich is bit extra money and i cant find slots on every weekends. The worst services.

Negative experience: The desk staff was very rude, and insulted me when i reached to ask for my turn. It was Sunday, 21st oct 2024. Time was around 2:30 pm. I don’t know the person name but he was sitting right behind the counter of security desk on the right side. He must be Indian/ Pakistani as he can speak hindi/ urdu. Such pathetic experience after being paid more than 5000 aed and wait for so long is real absurd.

Negative experience: Unfortunately they have a bug in their system, I was trying to book a slot for my simulation and I couldn’t…the next day I received a call from their customer agent saying that I missed my simulation classes and that I have to pay a 300 AED Fee. I went all the way from Abu Dhabi to Al musafah, tried to explain to their reps with no success. -Terrible system. -Customer service are not familiar with technical issues so they don’t take decisions. So disappointed given that this level of service is not even near to UAE’s top notch systems and customer journeys.

Negative experience: I have had nothing but good experience going inperson at EDCAD for my driving license. However, my brother is getting his online and let me tell you, it has been and still is the WORST absolute nightmate of an online course ever. EDCAD is arguably one of the biggest driving school in the UAE and this makes me wonder why they will not spend resources polishing their website. Buttons are all over the place, the course itself keeps crashing, the quiz part keeps crashing with no way to resume quiz - you have to play/skip the lessons again and again. You could not complete a single quiz without conjuring all your patience. For a company that supposedly have to facilitate mass audience, they certainly could not perform well in a world where elearning is becoming a norm.

Negative experience: Customer service needs to be improved. Mostly service counter are closed. Usually staff on weekends and on peak times should be more so no one had to wait. Waiting time for the turn is 1 hour or more
