He teaches us from basics to advance level with ease and friendly way making us understand bit bit making us comfortable during our entire journey from learning till we get the license. Positive experience: I just completed my driving courses at Eco drive and received my license. Though it was a very long journey of 1.5 years to get the license but in the end it was Sir Maseed Gul who helped me out a lot in clearing my RTA parking and final road test. 5 stars for him. Pick and drop services are really nice for this driving school as they cover all the major areas of Dubai.

Fantastic experience: I took the VIP package offered by ECO DRIVE. the facility is well organized and has many nice resting area which include cafes and seating areas. All staff were amazing including the VIP Coordinators Waleed and Afreen, who both have helped me tremendously in organizing my training schedule including booking tests and cancelation. Both team leaders, Hassan and Saeed were very helpful in setting reminders about booked classes and at times organize the amazing pick up and drop off service which is included in the VIP package. The instructors available are all amazing and well trained to teach you the best way. I recommend Muhammed Amin. He is an amazing instructor and always tells you what you are doing wrong and how to fix it. He is also a great person to be around with and creates a great learning environment.

Fantastic experience: I just today received my UAE driver license from Eco drive school i strongly recommend instructor- ☝️Sayed Shah Jehan, he is high level professional who helped me a lot, he could find the right way to explain me the rules I couldn’t understand and gave me good practice before my RTA road test. Fantastic experience: The best teacher ever. Mr. SYED ASGHAR HUSSAIN I got my driving license in first chance that too in GOLDEN CHANCE!!!! All thanks to Syed Sir Not only he is a great teacher but also a great human being! He explains everything in the most humorous way! Super lucky to have met him in my life. Indeed a great human being. I would recommend each and everyone to get guidance through him only.

Negative experience: I just finish a Very bad experience after eight months. I took a very long time to finish the driving license and i don’t recommend this company to put a huge amount for a very poor service. You will wait for a month at least to finish any of the procedures or required step No available slots and zero flexibility. The school location is inaccessible in dubai south. No bus no metro 100 dhs minimum taxi. The school bus timing is not flexible so you will waste a day for a 1/2 hours driving class. There is no management solutions or someone can help or assist you to book a test they will Accuse the RTA which Is not giving them new slots and you as a customer you will suffer and waste your time You will wait for a month to find RTA available test in parking or final The customer service department will never resolve any of your issues They only charge you of unlimited fines if you’re late but no one will be responsible about wasting your time while waiting their system opening test slots. It’s better to pay that very big amount for another school in Dubai with any conditions , than giving it to eco drive and living the whole drama and waste your time and energy.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with Eco Drive Driving School. I missed an appointment, and instead of offering any support or understanding, they immediately sent a message saying my file was cancelled. After this, I tried calling more than 15 times to get clarification or assistance, but no one answered my calls. They were completely unhelpful. Now, after a year, I am trying to move on to another driving school, but Eco Drive is demanding a 500 AED fee for a No Objection Certificate (NOC) to transfer my file. This is extremely frustrating and feels unfair, especially given their lack of customer service and support. I would not recommend this school based on my experience.

Fantastic experience: This is the best driving institute in Dubai.I have passed my final RTA test within first attempt in ECO. In addition I truly appreciate the guidance by MR. Mohammed faisal saleh munassar. I do recommend Eco drive and this instructor. Team Eco is also very efficient and they have user friendly app where we can arrange clases super fast.

Positive experience: I obtained my driving license through Eco Driving School; however, I do not recommend this school due to their poor customer service. Initially, their sales agents were very proactive, constantly messaging, calling, and supporting me during the enrollment process. However, once I enrolled, they completely ignored me, leaving me to figure out everything on my own. I opted for the flexi package, which was recommended by a sales agent because I already held a home country license. While I was told the package would cost around AED 3000+, I ended up paying approximately AED 6,000+, excluding additional costs such as leave taken from work and taxi fares to the head office. The head office is located far away in the Dubai Industrial Area. While initial practice sessions can be taken at a conveniently located branch, for subsequent lessons and exams, I had to travel long distances, which was inconvenient and costly. One major issue I experienced was their unfair examination process. For example, I failed three times during the initial driving assessment despite performing well. However, I passed the RTA driving test on my very first attempt, which highlights discrepancies in their internal assessments. I felt that the school deliberately failed students during their exams to extract more money. On the positive side, there were a few good instructors and examiners (Who I Rated as 5 stars). However, many others were unprofessional, frequently using their phones during lessons, which disrupted the learning process. In summary, while there were some competent individuals at the school, the overall customer service experience was extremely disappointing. I recommend thinking carefully and exploring other options before choosing this driving school.

Negative experience: Recently, I had a disappointing experience with one of your instructors, Adil Hussain Bashir Hussain. During my two-hour driving session, the instructor spent a significant amount of time on a phone call with his girlfriend. This behavior was highly unprofessional and detracted from the quality of the training, leaving me without the proper guidance I expected. This incident has also raised concerns about the overall training and examination standards at your school. Fantastic experience: Before going with EcoDrive I didn't know which school to go with or what the procedure is as I'm new to UAE but by chance I enrolled with Eco Drive and 100% it's the best! I even did get the best teachers like Shah Fahad (for road driving) and Zakir Hussain (for parking) both of them were very patient and amazing teachers. Fantastic experience: Hard work pays off and if hard work is guided properly in right direction then results come soon. Thats what exactly happend with me at ECO Drive. I received my UAE driving License yesterday in just 1.5 month of getting registered with ECO Drive. All the instructors and ssessors are extremely good. They all give training very patiently and prepare for tough situations on road, just to name a few Ijlal, Aneesh Khan, Mastan, Akbar, Sajid Ur Rehman, Saljith Ram. Im addition to this, ECO drive gives all the support to make this journey as comfortable as possible by providing comfortable transport, huge waiting area with wifi facility, a canteen with nice tea/coffee and snack which really helps to deal initial failures of Smard Yard. In shorts, I highly recommend ECO Drive to make your UAE driving license journey smooth.

Negative experience: The worst driving school experience ever. The communication is awful, the class booking and exams are the worst, and even when you want to leave there school to transfer your file to other school they will let you suffer. I don’t recommend this place they waste your time and money for nothing I even feel bad to give one star for them, because they don't deserve it ;)

My driving instructor was Mohd Asif Siddiqui, he was excellent and one of the best in the school , very passionate and thought me like a coach and helped me get my licence in my first attempt. Fantastic experience: Hi, my wife got Dubai driving license and got trained by ECO. We have taken lump sum package and got rid of number of attempts. She was trained by Mr.Rassal Thalikkal Salam (from IBN Battuta branch) all the way from starting to end. Positive experience: It took me 40 days to get my bike license (Could've been 25 days if the school assessor hadn’t failed me for unchecked reasons), and the experience was far from smooth. I had to switch instructors twice — one skipped critical details, while the other constantly complained about being stuck in bike training instead of cars. Despite passing both RTA tests on my first attempt, the school assessor failed me in the final assessment for things my instructors never taught. While the school profits, instructors seem disengaged, treating learners like cattle — especially those who need the license for work(delivery drivers). I took the license for fun, so I was treated slightly better, but it was upsetting to see the lack of respect for others. The digital booking system is decent but unclear for non-tech-savvy drivers. Callbacks for booking assistance never happened, forcing me to book online. RTA test slots are also self-booked and often unavailable. But long story short, you’re mostly on your own, and that can sometimes be costly. It’s a good school if you can book online and manage to get there — either with another license or with a friend. Just keep in mind, the school is far from civilization.

Fantastic experience: One month back, I took admission to the VIP package at Eco Drive Institute, and their prices are very good as compared to other institues. I got very good services from the institute. After one month, I got my license in the first attempt. I took my classes in Internet City Branch with Mr Kamran Ramzan, and he was very keen on teaching me everything properly, repeating until Ingot every technique right. His good manner and approachable characters made the classes a breeze, and allowed me to pass the road test from the first time. Amazing school!

Positive experience: To get a license in this driving school, you need to have a lot of patience, time and money. It is very inconvenient to get to the driving school, it is far away, the buses are not very convenient, you have to spend money on a taxi. There are also questions about the training from the instructors, in my opinion, you need more information from the teacher on how to pass the exam correctly. The waiting time for signing up for the exam is very long, the wait is more than 2 weeks, and I also did not manage to pass this exam the first time, you have to go additionally and spend time and money on additional lessons. The site itself is quite transferable to the number of students during the ride on the Smart yard. The application itself is quite convenient and understandable, the prices are also lower than usual, but do not forget that you will have to spend time and money on trips to this school. In any case, the choice is up to you, this is all just my opinion and experience of studying at this driving school.

Fantastic experience: Eco Driving School is the best school because I was not having any experience of driving but the way the teach everything was the very nice experience for me . Mr. Said Arif Hussain was my Assessor was very nice person. I got instructor Mr. Manoj Kumar , Mr.Rafiullah , Mr. Maseed Gul and Mr. Shijo Francis all are very supportive and with them my driving experience was extremely good. His guidance and focus on me, leading to pass my RTA license in 1st attempt. He is friendly and teach us what are the mistakes we should avoid. I highly recommend everyone to take practice with him. Mr. Syed can be book by choosing Saphire mall DIC branch which is nothing but Headoffice. Pickup and drop are from headoffice itself Some of the improvement can be done by eco drive 1. Increase the frequency of shuttle atleast to expo 2020. 2. Bring some canteen in waiting area. 3. Wifi is not accessible always. Need to increase the provisioning. 4. Negative experience: System for booking classes is so bad, no good time and close date slots are available. For weekend slots you need to pay additional charges. There is no any “2 months getting driving license “ in reality. We almost 6 months until now and didn’t get license yet. Parking training space is so crowded . You need to drive minimum 30 mints to reach school, skip your work , your study for attending classes and be ready always to pay additional payments for everything. Cancellations only before 48 hours otherwise again additional payments. I choose this driving school for my daughter to get her first driving license but regret now. Some instructors are good but some of them don’t really care about teaching you to pass exams. Customer Centre is mostly nice and helpful but can not do much because their system which is so bad. Examination person is not always nice and giving additional stress. It’s stressful for ladies and special for teenagers like my daughter who is trying their best to get their first time driving license.

Negative experience: Please don't go for the drama out there. They just keep on failing in road test even how great you did. More than the result I would highlight you the attitude they are showing for students. The worst approach to a human. They are simply shouting to us for anything during the assessment. If anyone really caring about the precious time of their life, I would really recommend to go with some good driving schools who assessment your driving.

Positive experience: Eco drive is very good driving school to get your license. Location of head office is bit far but there are several center across dubai. Head office is full equipped with test facilities, training etc. Good part is that service is very quick and everything is on scheduled time. Nearby roads are having lesser traffic so it is easy to do practice without hesitation. School staff are good and supportive, they contact you and help to book appointments, key points to focus on training. Bus service is also frequent ans managed, and all is on time. One disadvantage is that there is no pantry/canteen in head office. There is just a vending machine and a coffee machine. So take your food with you as there is no nearby restaurant and no quick delivery in this area.

I’ve invested so much time and money into lessons and assessments, yet it feels like I’m stuck in a cycle of constant payments without making real progress. The long, expensive commutes to the school, combined with the stress of repeatedly failing assessments, have left me feeling physically, mentally, and emotionally drained. For the high costs we’re paying, I believe the school could show more consideration for students, especially during assessments and RTAs. It would make a huge difference if students were given clear options on how to approach and pass these exams, rather than just being told to keep booking more lessons. With the money, time, and energy I’ve already spent, a little flexibility and support would go a long way. The only positive experience has been working with Virgilio. He genuinely cares about his students, is patient, and actually wants us to succeed. If possible, I’d prefer him as both my instructor and assessor—his approach is far more helpful and supportive than what I’ve experienced otherwise. Overall, this school has left me feeling drained and unsupported. I can’t recommend it to anyone looking for a straightforward path to passing their driving test unless they make serious changes to consider students’ needs and well-being.

Negative experience: My experience with this driving school has been incredibly frustrating and draining. I paid a lump sum for my lessons, but it feels like that’s just an excuse to treat me as if I’m not a priority. Despite the lump sum payment, I still had to borrow money to cover additional costs—and it’s no joke. The travel time from work is long, and I pay for a car lift every time I go, only to face repeated failures in my assessments. It would make a huge difference if students like me were shown more consideration, especially during assessments and RTAs. We’re spending a significant amount of time, money, and effort on this, and it’s mentally, physically, and emotionally exhausting. I can’t understand why the instructors, who know our strengths and weaknesses, aren’t able to serve as assessors as well. This change alone would ease the burden on students and could genuinely help us pass. The only positive experience has been Virgilio, an instructor who genuinely cares about his students. He goes above and beyond to help, and it would be a huge relief if he could serve as both my instructor and assessor. Negative experience: Dear Eco Drive Dubai Team, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the conduct of my driving test on 23/10/2024 at your facility. My test was scheduled between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM, but the gentleman who was supposed to conduct the test started it before the appointed time, without any clear communication. He asked me to sit in the car, drove me to the parking area, and requested me to start driving. I was under the impression that it was a practice session before the actual test, as he did not clarify that the test had begun. This unprofessional caused confusion and left me feeling unprepared for the test failed again I need to was it my time because f your worst time and your organization in Duabi.. Moreover, this has become increasingly frustrating as I have had to take time off work and adjust my schedule for these sessions, only to encounter disorganization and lack of professionalism. It is disappointing that such incidents are recurring, and I feel my time and efforts are being wasted. I request that you look into this matter seriously and ensure that your staff conduct themselves professionally in the future. I would appreciate a prompt response and a resolution to this issue. Negative experience: The head office is located quite far from Dubai's city center, making it a bit challenging to travel there for parking practice, parking tests, and the RTA test.
