For file opening /registration available anytime , but for file noc/transfer /cancellation 8 to 2 pm + cancellation charges additional .... Even I visited between those hours , I was told to come the next day ... Fantastic experience: Asmaa reception manshalah she is most welcoming to me and she gave me good service thanks a lot asmaa and also GALADARI motor driving schools thanks all.
Negative experience: The most disappointing driving institute. Booking internal yard tests is an absolute nightmare, with waiting times dragging on for nearly two weeks. For RTA examinations—whether it’s parking or the final test—the situation is even worse, with wait times stretching to three weeks or more. I booked on the 3rd, and the earliest slot I could get was the 24th. Once, I arrived early for my RTA test, scheduled for 5:30 on a Sunday (which costs extra, as it was the closest option available—the next being a Thursday or later), only to be told that the examiner had already left. This, despite always arriving 30 minutes early as instructed. On this occasion, however, I was penalized for being “on time.” I had traveled all the way from Sharjah by taxi, after requesting an extension on my break just to accommodate the RTA test timing—the only slot available. Yet, not only did I lose time and money, but I wasn’t even compensated for the expense. As if my money grows on trees! When I booked my RTA parking test, I finished my class at 9:30, only to sit around waiting for my 10:30 test. Even then, I wasn’t tested until 11:20. The delays, the lack of organization, and the blatant disregard for people’s time are infuriating. I’ve had my file open for six months now, paying repeatedly to renew it, only to face disappointment after disappointment. How is anyone supposed to endure this endless cycle of inefficiency without completely losing their patience? As I write this review, I’m currently waiting—already over an hour—to speak to services from this institution, just to transfer my file and put an end to this traumatic and disgusting experience. The incompetence is utterly staggering, and I cannot wait to be done with it once and for all.

Negative experience: Almost a wast of time. Good luck getting a slot/booking if you have a fixed day off. Worse with the RTA bookings, sometimes, need to call 3 weeks before your next booking. And when you call, they will answer after 15 minutes or put a call back request. After amost a year and half and still at RTA parking test. Don't get me wrong, some trainers and stuffs are nice. But, I guess, so many people are in line, to book for the next available class or test. Not a great experience!!

Fantastic experience: Galadari Motor Driving School in AL Qusais is where I obtained my driver's license. The trip went smoothly. Mr. Shahid Khan Muhammad (Vehicle No.: 459, Instructor Id: 320058) was the greatest instructor available, and I sincerely appreciate his teaching style and commitment to his students. I passed the last exam thanks to his lectures. I had a great time studying with him. All I want to say is that nobody will cause us to fail only so they may benefit. I discovered that we control our own destiny and that no one can force us to fail if we drive the car with clarity and confidence. I send my warmest regards to the institute and the future students.

Negative experience: My name is dina im member in this school more than two years and I can’t get this license, first of all satwa branch and moe branch and al qusais very bad costumer service and very low quality of services, 1 - everytime im paying different amount for renew license i renew mybe more than 6 times sometimes i pay 165 , or lately i pay 110 suddenly i have 35% discount 2- two time i book for training and exam for parking yard they take money sometimes 100 and somthing sometimes 69 , and never book exam only training even though the two schools verrrrry far for someone doesn't have a car 3 the counter never have change and ever-time keep balances in my account wish no one mention in the next payment . 4 never ever answer the call, i lose credit by hours never someone answer Just why why this bad service why how much i need to pay full to get this licensee . Im a good driver all the instructors give me 5 stars just hlep to get this license i need to travel and I don’t have home country license Thanks

Fantastic experience: My five-month experience with Galadari's Al Qusais branch has been incredibly smooth, culminating in the successful acquisition of my driver’s license. I’m grateful to Mehboob from Lulu for his excellent support in booking my classes and tests. I also want to highly recommend the following instructors, whose guidance was invaluable throughout my journey: Mohamed Shafiq, who was my first instructor and laid the solid foundation of driving basics. Muhammad Majid Muhammad, who played a key role in helping me pass both my initial driving and parking tests. Omer Elbashir Salah, who thoroughly revised my skills and prepared me for the final road test. Each of these instructors was not only patient and respectful but also incredibly knowledgeable and professional, making the entire learning process enjoyable and effective. I greatly benefitted from the unlimited package, which provided me with ample time and flexibility to practice. Additionally, I was given extra support for my garage parking test. Fantastic experience: Galadari call center is not so upto the mark, it takes 15min atleast for them to answer the calls. But i cleared my test in first round, the final road tester was really honest man and he informed things to take care in future. Thanks to the team and galadari motors.

Negative experience: The. Worst. Driving. School. Ever. I’m glad to have joined this school for a brief period so I can find out how terrible they are! The instructors are ok, they are nice and helpful when driving, but the pre-test on the computer was horrible and whenever I get an answer wrong, I have to re start all over! Never will I forget when I was waiting for 4-5 hours for my driving test, only to fail for stupid reason! These people are nothing but money grabbers! Save your money people! Do NOT join them! Best thing I did after all this was leave! Never. Again

Negative experience: Unhappy. The overall process is very lengthy and painfully time consuming. The representatives are confused and don’t know the process to be followed. You don’t get to book classes easily. When you are spending so much money to book licence for your loved ones, please ensure that they get to do it from a Driving school that will empathise and understand the pain we go through to manage these classes and work at the same time. There are better driving schools out there. So choose wisely. I’ll score Galadari 1/10 since I have seen better driving schools & due to the situations we have had with them, inspite of getting an unlimited package. To sum it up, just to collect the driving licence, it took us 1 hour and 45 minutes after speaking to 5 people multiple times. Inspite of all payments done, it took so much time for them to close the file and hand over the license. Wouldn’t recommend. Choose better for your near and dear ones.

Negative experience: Im giving 5 star for the instructors and zero for assessors . when it comes to assessment, they cannot explain it properly and will fail you without even explaining everything. Every training they will say all perfect and good. Then during assessment they will find something small and not hazardous and will fail you because of that, very suspicious. Comeon. Taking your course is tiring and very frustrating. I took your lumpsum to save money but money is getting wasted with bus fares and taxi fares!!! If we could just get refund. We will!! We will move to other driving school! Very disappointing and frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Already 5 tries and still not okay?? Maybe you need to check your training materials and guidelines. Fantastic experience: I recently completed the first stage of my driving class, and I’m happy to say I passed the Initial Driving Assesment! My Instructor Mr. Safiullah Said Mahmood was professional, patient, and made sure I understood the key concepts before moving on to more advanced skills. The lessons were structured well, starting with the basics of car control, road safety, and understanding traffic signs and also he share to me the history and conviniency of using a car. Negative experience: Not a satisfied service at Al Qusais main branch, I struggled with the team fir a long time. Every time when I visit the branch, the branch users were careless and provide no respect to the students/customers. And the service is also dead slow, you will have to wait in queue all day, be prepared to take your lunch box when you plan to visit this branch even for a small enquiry. Thankfully, I only used the customer care service(telephonic) most of the times to book my appointments, otherwise my driving license would have been further delayed. I strongly suggest them to bring process automation end-to-end to gain better customer satisfaction.

Negative experience: The problem was the scheduling, it takes forever to get any schedule either its a class or test,mostly u will get schedule 2-3 weeks after your last class.Some staff specially in Al Qusais transportation department always having a rude face and body language. If not only because of my very kind and funny instructor i would have give this a 1 star for poor service. Shout out to my great Instructor Mohamed Abdelbagi Ali (Car#119)..even there is a a language gap he would try his best for you to understand what you should have done to make you a better driver. Oh yeah i even almost forgot the transportation, imagine you hve schedule of 4:30pm but the bus would pick you up 12:30-1pm so the ending was to go on a train and taxi to get there close your schedules.

I had the misfortune of using Galadari Driving License Services, and I can confidently say this is one of the worst services I've ever encountered. It's absolutely disgraceful! First of all, they are nothing but a money grab. They charge you fees that are not only excessive but feel like they're constantly looking for ways to scam you. I ended up spending more than I should have, and for what? A complete waste of time! The staff are completely unhelpful. When you face any issue or complication, don’t expect any assistance. I tried multiple times to resolve a simple problem, and every time, I was met with indifference and incompetence. The staff don’t seem to know anything or care about helping their customers. Even worse, customer service is a nightmare. When you call for assistance, be prepared to wait over 20 minutes—and when someone finally answers, they offer no solutions and are just as clueless as the rest of the team. It’s like they’re trained to do absolutely nothing. To sum up: Galadari is a total rip-off. They waste your time, take your money, and offer zero support. Don’t fall for their promises and avoid them at all costs. There are much better services out there!

Below, I have provided a detailed account of the issues I have faced, including specific conversations and reasons for changing instructors, which I believe require immediate attention and resolution. Enrollment and Initial Expectations I enrolled through an agent I met at the Fish Market in Madinah Mall. He assured me of professional and supportive services, which motivated my decision to join your school. Unfortunately, the promises made at the time of enrollment have not been fulfilled. Issues Faced 1. Instructor Conduct Instructor Nader Mohammed Sid Ahmed (Vehicle No. 121, ID 323220): On my very first day, Instructor Nader exhibited unprofessional behavior. Instead of starting with the basics and guiding me through a structured lesson, he abruptly instructed me to “drive” without providing any preliminary training or instructions. Contrary to established rules for beginner drivers, he took me out on the road during the first lesson, instead of conducting the session in the school yard. This put me in an unsafe and stressful situation as I had no prior driving experience. When I made inevitable beginner mistakes, he shouted at me and banged on the dashboard aggressively, which only added to my anxiety. Throughout the lesson, he played music on his mobile phone, showing a lack of focus on teaching or ensuring my safety. He repeatedly pressured me to upgrade my package to a lump sum plan and change my class timings to weekends, which required extra payment. When I declined, he grew increasingly irritable. He made unprofessional and personal remarks, such as blaming my father for my chosen schedule and claiming that my family didn’t understand traffic. Due to this experience, I requested a change in instructor. However, this decision was not made lightly, as I was already feeling disheartened by the unprofessional start to my lessons. 2. Instructor Changes and Conversations After my request, I was assigned Mr. Altaf Pardesi (Vehicle No. 459). While Mr. Pardesi was professional, I faced issues with his availability: During my three booked sessions with him, he was unavailable for two of them due to health reasons, and substitute instructors were assigned at the last minute. These substitutions disrupted the continuity of my lessons and made it harder to build confidence. For subsequent lessons, I tried booking Mr. Pardesi again, but the offered dates were too far in the future. To avoid delays in my progress, I had to switch to Mr. Amir Mehmood Awan. Mr. Awan was encouraging and supportive, and his teaching style helped rebuild some of my confidence. He motivated me for my test, and I felt that I was improving under his guidance. However, his availability was also limited, and I could only attend a few lessons with him. Due to scheduling conflicts, I was reassigned to Mr. Kashif Ali Shaukat. Despite my clear request to book classes with Mr. Amir Mehmood, I was informed just hours before my class that Mr. Kashif would be my new instructor. Mr. Kashif’s teaching style was highly discouraging. When I shared my concerns about previous test failures, he stated that the examiners were justified in failing me. Instead of motivating me or addressing my mistakes constructively, he criticized my performance without offering helpful feedback.His instructions were unclear, and his behavior during the lessons made it difficult to focus and learn effectively. After multiple frustrating experiences, I was fortunate to be assigned Mr. Naseem Rehman Malik. He was the only instructor who showed genuine dedication to teaching and ensuring my improvement. Fantastic experience: I had enrolled at GMDC to obtain my driving license. Small steps being taken, I have been able to clear my internal yard test in my very first attempt. It would have never been possible without the guidance of my instructor- Mr. Safiullah Said Mahmood, who not only gave me the confidence required but also helped me in every step to conquer my weak areas and bring out perfection in them! Negative experience: DO NOT COME HERE! They are bunch of scammers, liers, and thieves. The staff is completely inoperative. More than 2 months to take a driving license, they charge you above 1000USD, even with more than 10 years driving experience, you are forced to take classes. They stole 320 aed from me to do a "driving assesment" to show them that I can drive a motorcycle, even if I have a 10 years old driving license, which consisted on get on the bike and do 3 meters. You try to call them, more than 30 minutes for somebody to pick up the phone, who most probably would not even help you. You try to book classes/exams, they give you dates from 2 weeks or above. It's designed like this on purpose so your file expires and you have to pay for the renewal. In the office, they send you from one counter to the other, back and forth and each counter tells you "no, for this you have to go to counter number X" (Of course that counter is going to send you to another one as well). Nobody does their job, nobody wants to work. The instructor just sit down on a chair, without any intention to provide you with instructions. Every instructor tell you something different than the previous one. To be honest, it's so frustrating, they play with people's time and money. It's a system created to take money from the people who just want to get their driving license and live their lifes. DO NOT CHOOSE GALADARI

Negative experience: I’ve been waiting on hold for 28 minutes now while I am posting this review , and this is just one of many calls I’ve made over the past two weeks. Every time I call, I’m told there are no available slots and that someone will call me back the next day to update me. However, I never receive a call back and have to repeat the process again, wasting my time. This is now the second time I will have to pay an additional 170 AED to renew my permit due to their inability to secure a booking that fits my schedule. I’ve been extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and the constant delays. I expected much better service from Galadari Driving School, but honestly I am very very very disappointed . Hopefully they can improve their system soon. Otherwise I would never recommend it .

Negative experience: Stay Away from Galadari Driving School! I am furious with the horrible service at Galadari Driving School. For three weeks, I’ve been trying to book a driving test, and it’s been a complete disaster. Every single time, I’m told there are no slots. I’ve gone to their office every day, and they keep giving me the same excuses without offering any real solutions. How do they expect me to stay ready for a test after weeks of waiting? It’s been so long since my last lesson that it’s impossible to feel prepared anymore. This is completely unacceptable. What’s even worse is that after I raised a complaint on WhatsApp, someone called me the next day. They asked where I wanted to take the test, and I told them. They promised to call back to book it, but of course, they never did. They just disappeared, leaving me stuck and ignored. To anyone reading this: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH GALADARI. This has been the most unprofessional and frustrating experience. They don’t care about their students, and they clearly don’t know how to run a driving school. Go somewhere else, because Galadari is nothing but a nightmare. Plus they change test’s time in the last minute without asking you Awfulllll

Negative experience: Worst school ever, I’m trying to do my motorcycle courses with them and it’s utterly ridiculous how bad their service is. I call them and they say they can’t book and that the designated team will call back within 24 hours. 7 phone calls later, 7 days later not a single callback and the same exact stupid response. Negative experience: Galadari is the worst driving institute one can enroll in. It’s all about making money. They sweet talk you only until you open a file after that they don’t even care if you want to continue or not. First comes Mr.Ilyas in the customer service who was very nice only because I had to open a file. He simply stopped helping after the payment was processed. His excuse is, ‘please directly call the customer service I cannot help’. He does not even have knowledge on the updated rules only will coerce you to get the unlimited package. Second is the number of instructors that are so lazy and don’t even care about how you are driving. One instructor, a terrible teacher even told me, ‘if you are making mistakes make, then fail, what can I do’ is this how an instructor should teach? They just want to get done with the two hours class and use their phone. If you don’t want to teach why waste the students time and money? Finally when I went to book my RTA test at the main office is Al qusais, the lady told me to pay first I did, when I came back to book she said, ‘oh please go home someone will call you to book the appointment’ was she sleeping when I asked to book first? Very lousy service. Please do not enroll in Galadari. It’s the worst institute. They don’t care and they won’t care.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with Galadari Institute. They don’t seem to prioritize their students' time or commitment. Scheduling classes has been a nightmare – there were long gaps of 15 days, 20 days, and sometimes even a whole month between sessions. And even after waiting, my classes were often canceled last minute or delayed because the instructor was either missing or showed up late. Despite the high fees I already paid, I was unexpectedly asked to pay additional amounts, which felt incredibly unfair given the poor service. The lack of organization, communication, and respect for students’ time makes this one of the worst institutes to attend. I would not recommend Galadari Institute to anyone looking for reliable and professional driving instruction.

Negative experience: One of the most pathetic driving schools in UAE, poor management. I wanted clearance so thay I can go to another driving school and these people kept me running here and forth. Customer service tells me to go to al qusais branch as its the main branch, when I go there they say you have to go to muhaisna branch and this branch says you have to go to al quoz branch because you registered there. I told them you are a big company and your systems are connected I guess and you can pull out my data, but they simply denied saying that the systems are not connected and qusais branch cannot see people data registered at another branch, at the same time they were trying to upsell me. After few days of argument with them, I posted negative feedback on their social media's comments, guess what they blocked me from there. After 2 days they called me and asked me to come to their qusais office and guess shat they immediately gave me the NOC within 30 mins. Warning: please do not go to Galadhari, there are many driving schools who give better customer service than them.

Negative experience: One of the worst, most time-wasting experiences ever. The teachers are completely unprofessional, and the institute kept changing my classes without my consent. The instructors I had were awful—most were just on their phones, completely uninterested in who they were teaching. They try to manipulate you into getting comfortable so they can do whatever they want. Like, I don’t care where you’re from, and I definitely don’t want to share my personal life. I came to study, not to gossip. I even complained to the relevant department, and all they said was they’d “look into it,” but the same issues kept happening to the point where I was ready to give up. The class and exam schedules are ridiculous too. We’d have to wait 3-4 weeks for tests and exams because the instructor was supposedly “on vacation” or “not available,” even though I’d see them regularly at the institute. Want to hear something even more absurd? If you plan on leaving the institute, you have to pay and then wait four days for them to issue an NOC letter, which is just copy-pasting! Overall, I’d never recommend this place to anyone—save your money or transfer to another institute. Trust me, I’m saving you a lot of trouble.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with the Galadhari VIP Team. My instructor Mr. Jamshed Ali, trained me exceptionally well, covering all the details of rules and regulations. He ensured that I was not just prepared to pass the exam but also to drive safely on the road. His supervisor, Mr. Zakhir, was also very encouraging and provided accurate guidance throughout. The VIP Services team offers a convenient pick-up and drop-off facility for students, which I used, and I have never encountered any issues. Excellent service all around.

I opened my file long time back, started first set of classes with the worst trainers, had so much trouble booking classes after that due to unavailability, now I've been chasing them 5 months or more for me to get an NOC to transfer my school despite all the money I've already paid and even that they are not able to provide even the aed 350 they said they will charge, complaint department is useless, so is the call center, the branches doesn't even give a cent about any inquiries. FRUSTRATED. GALADARI IS DISGUSTING.

Negative experience: Before joining, consider these issues I faced: 1. Surprise fees: I signed up for an unlimited package but was charged AED 320 at the last minute without any prior notice from the staff. 2. Long wait for customer service: It takes at least 30 minutes to reach customer support, and calls are constantly transferred between departments, making it hard to get help. 3. Unusable transportation: I joined because of the transportation to GMDC, but the wait times are always 2 to 3 hours, so I can’t even use it. 4. Unorganized management: The whole setup feels disorganized, including the managers. 5. Hidden costs: While the price may seem cheaper at first, expect to pay much more with hidden fees. 6. Not good for families: If you have a busy schedule, it’s tough to continue with this service. 7. Unreliable customer care: The information from customer care is inconsistent, making it hard to trust them.

Negative experience: PLEASE DONT JOIN GALADARI ⚠️ Ill give you all the reasons to never join this place and save your time and money instead, ive been a student here for an year and i still dont have my lisence. 1. The staff are so irresponsible and not helpful they have knowledge of nothing, they cant even assit with you correct directions most of the times, they are very very rude and unapproachable and so unprofessional. 2. You dont get your classes and tests scheduled fast. You must wait at least 2 days if your trying book through call. You will only get classes after minimum 1 week or 2 weeks. 3.they will fail you for unacceptable reasons in internal exam, they will make you feel anxious and ensure to give you the perfect environment to fail. 4. The management is trash, the worst management ever, nothing takes place in a proper manner. They will never really solve issues for you, you have to wait for hours to get just your issue solved they will send you to every other departments because no one does their job right. 5. MAINLY the instructor all of them have a different method of teaching which results in so much confusion and the examiner have a completely different methods in examining . 6. They will drag your journey for as long as possible in order take your money. Joining here would be the biggest mistake of your life, dont ever make thag mistake and if you do, forget about getting a lisence. Thank you.

Negative experience: I am currently still a student at GMDC and i have had a horibble expreience, when i first went to enquire about price, the counter salesman FAIZAAN pointed me to another salesman DAWOOD claiming that he is a salesman of Galadari and he will give u the right price, me and my friend were given a price and we agreed to the price and came the next day to pay the first installment, DAWOOD had instructed me to pay 500 dirhams in cash out of the 1st installment and we paid it, all of this happened in front of FAIZAAN, almost 2 months later i came to pay my 3rd installment to FAIZAAN (Counter salesman) and my remaining account balance was 700 dirhams more than the original amount, when i told him that his salesman Dawood had taken 500 dirhams cash from, which by the way Faizaan already knew about since it happened in front of him, Faizaan claimed that that salesman was part of third party company called LEAM COMMERCIAL BROKERS that GMDC hired and they are not responsible for what he said and did, i took this issue to their supervisor in Muhaisnah branch and he claims the same that they are not responsible since Dawood is not their employee even though their own employee Faizaan claimed that he is their salesman when i first came to enquire. When i finally got a hold of Dawood he tells me that the 500 dirhams he took were for registration and that he had told us even though this was never mentioned to us. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO GALADARI DRIVING SCHOOL.

Negative experience: THE WORST DRIVING INSTITUTION EVER!!!! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STAR I WOULD ITS THAT BAD. Please anyone before you get scammed into this institute pls do your research, so first off they’ll say you’ve got an offer and scam you into thinking you’ll only have to pay less but in the end you pay even more reaching upto 10k. The other thing is the INSTRUCTORS. They’re the absolute worst only a handful if you’re lucky you can find who are nice and will teach you to drive the rest as if they get commission from the school itself they won’t teach you a thing all they do is talk is nonsense for an hour and you only learn to drive 10 minutes. Third thing the traffic in the area is very very bad, if you’ve two hours class an hour will be gone just for the traffic and the other hour only goes for learning and that too you’ve to hear nonsense from the instructors. Fourth thing is when you want to book a class you call them and they take an entire day just to answer the phone!! And even when they do you get the dates for driving classes or tests two weeks or three weeks later which is not convenient at all. Lastly if you ever plan to leave and cancel from the institute again it takes another two weeks from arguing and fighting with them although you’re the one that’s paying the money and that you have the free will to leave also not to mention the cancellation fees (315 aed). So to conclude if you’re thinking of joining this institute, DON’T PLS DON’T THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU GET SCAMMED INTO THIS MENTALLY DRAINING ENERGY SUCKING MONEY GRABBING INSTITUTE.

Again they giving 8 classes.. but Instructors from south india they are not proper teaching. I'm frustrated to booking classes. Getting UAE license is a challenge, I failed 4 times in parking yard test, and I lost my all confidence preparing for RTA road test, But I got license in 2nd test.Thanks to Galadari. Negative experience: I must express my deep disappointment with your driving school's operations. Your practices seem highly questionable and border on deceptive. I have already failed two parking assessments and am now attempting my third. I believe this is due to a deliberate design flaw in your system. The practice area has ample parking spaces, while the test area features much narrower and smaller slots. This discrepancy seems intended to increase the likelihood of failure, forcing students to book additional lessons. Despite having four years of daily driving experience, including in challenging parking conditions, your assessment has mistakenly concluded that I cannot park. This is clearly a systemic issue, as evidenced by numerous negative reviews on your social media pages. A 62% approval rate is far from satisfactory and indicates a serious lack of credibility.

Negative experience: Very bad experience with the customer service.please don't go with galadari.they are giving to many agency's like sikandar and nithin etc.. they will give many offers and after join we will realise that they were cheating us. If you go to the centre. They will respond. I complained many times and send email many times. Then they will call and say the other person will contact you.when they giving to cheating agency's they don't enquire about them. Because galadari only need money. Whether it is by cheated or not. They only need you to join. And if you want to call customer care. You have to wait atleast 5 minutes on hold. Very bad customer service.me and my friend also cheated by a agency 'sikandar and nitin' . We lost 610 aed each. I have the full evidences,call records,transfer screen shots. With all these i complained. But no response. My frnds also transfered to another school also. Before joining galadari. Please go there ans ask the students about their experience with galadari.

Negative experience: This doesn’t even deserve 1 star as well, Galadari made it impossible for me to get license, i was stuck in initial road test since 5 months and I was not getting a proper schedule. Customer service is very rude their attitude of talking is 'Either take it or leave it' as if they’re doing us a favor. The driving instructors are the worse, there was a driver named Shafiq, who has mentioned to me it’s a scheme to make money or incentive out of customers/learners money that’s why Galadari delays the process and asks for more money. After this statement I immediately wanted to leave as the employees of the driving center are very poor when speaking to customers. Taking an NOC from Galadari was a task which I had to complete with utmost difficulty. I really wanted license atleast within 3 months of time as promised by Galadari…as my father was ill I needed to step up and take him to hospital for constant visits, they didn’t even have any courtesy but being very ruthless. Thank god I finally got my NOC…within 2 months I got my license from Bin Yaber driving institute. Alhamdulillah

Positive experience: I just received my driver’s license yesterday after completing my driving school experience, and I wanted to share my thoughts. First and foremost, I can’t praise my instructors enough. Maritche V. Prabash (264), Mohammad Waheed (402), Shakeel Khan (372), and Amir Nawaz (333) were all exceptional. Each of them brought their own unique teaching styles, but they all shared a common goal: to ensure that I became a confident and safe driver. Their patience and clear instruction made a significant difference in my learning process. However, I did encounter some inefficiencies during my time at the school. There were several lengthy gaps between classes and tests that felt like a waste of time. These breaks often left me feeling unprepared and disconnected from what I had learned. It would be great if the school could find a way to streamline the schedule to make the experience more cohesive and efficient. In summary, while the quality of instruction was outstanding, the scheduling issues detracted from an otherwise positive experience. With a little improvement in that area, the program could be truly exceptional.

Negative experience: Very bad experience with them!! They give all the nice nice supporting words until u open the file and start paying then no Response from staff. Literally no help. I have open my file straight from there office in Al Qusais and was guided by staff name Mark. At first said free pick up drop off but later they saying its on there time and can't do anything and no response from the staff while booking class or have an issue with a trainer. They just blame each other and throw us from here and there. They make us fail exam on purpose for no mistake and make retest Money they don't respond on time and make us renew permit as many time as possible so they reach there targeted amount.
