Fantastic experience: Impeccable service! I highly recommend the VIP package and had a fantastic experience. My driving instructor, Tufail, was brilliant and did an incredible job at teaching me. He tailored each lesson perfectly and made me feel very well supported from the first lesson to the last. Zakir and Manel, who are also part of the VIP team, were amazing when it came to administration and any other queries I had. I could always reach out to them and get a professional and thorough response. They all have endless patience and have ensured I feel 100% confident in my driving abilities. I can’t thank them enough and am so pleased to have gotten my license so quickly! Overall, a very welcoming and encouraging team of individuals who are amazing at what they do.

Negative experience: The transport department are very bad specially supervisor IZHAR and his assistant RASOOL show always attitude and talk respect less not give transport even some institute staff I saw on road they go by walk shameless act there is no management who can ask them any question ?

Negative experience: Unprofessional!!where to start from: customer service lying on a daily basis without even getting back to you. I have been in the office and after 1:30hours I have been told that I can't give the theory test yet although the previous days they ensured me I m ready to go. On top of that their application for mock up test has no English (only Arabic and urdu) and they are not giving my money back!!! It's so disappointing. They promised they are going to finalize everything on Saturday again nothing same promises for sunday( although it's a day off)and Monday without any response from their end. Totally unacceptable behavior

Negative experience: My name is dina im member in this school more than two years and I can’t get this license, first of all satwa branch and moe branch and al qusais very bad costumer service and very low quality of services, 1 - everytime im paying different amount for renew license i renew mybe more than 6 times sometimes i pay 165 , or lately i pay 110 suddenly i have 35% discount 2- two time i book for training and exam for parking yard they take money sometimes 100 and somthing sometimes 69 , and never book exam only training even though the two schools verrrrry far for someone doesn't have a car 3 the counter never have change and ever-time keep balances in my account wish no one mention in the next payment . 4 never ever answer the call, i lose credit by hours never someone answer Just why why this bad service why how much i need to pay full to get this licensee . Im a good driver all the instructors give me 5 stars just hlep to get this license i need to travel and I don’t have home country license Thanks

Fantastic experience: Although my experience with galadari hasn’t been very good. My experience with Mr. Mohammed Abdelhamid has been quite satisfactory. I had an excellent experience with Mohammed Abdelhamid as my driving instructor at Galadari Driving School. His teaching style was clear, patient, and incredibly effective. He provided valuable pointers that significantly improved my driving skills and confidence on the road. Mohammed’s calm demeanor and constructive feedback made each lesson enjoyable and productive. He ensured I understood all the key techniques and safety practices, which really helped me feel prepared for my driving test. I highly recommend Mohammed Abdelhamid to anyone looking for a skilled and supportive driving trainer.

Negative experience: My experience with Galadari Driving School in Dubai was extremely disappointing. During the training, the vehicle provided was a Mitsubishi, but during the actual driving test, the vehicle used was a Nissan. This inconsistency in the cars made it very difficult to adapt, especially for precise maneuvers such as parking. I followed the instructor's instructions closely and made adjustments at exactly the angles and points I was taught, but I still failed the parking test. The difference in vehicle size and handling was clearly the cause of the failure, and it felt completely unfair to have students switch to another car without prior practice. This inconsistency not only wasted my time and energy, but it also cost me a lot of money. I hope the management will consider providing the same vehicle for both training and testing to ensure a fair testing environment for all students.

Positive experience: Galadari is a good driving school in dubai. But they need to imrove their teacher & customer care service. Mr. Sufair from customer care , he is very helpful and good guy. Most of teachers are there class time only passing the time & they can not judge whats the problem of student when a student fail again & again in the rta test.But qamar iqbal shah is a good teacher. He is very helpful & friendly. Mohammed hafiz he is also very good as a instructor. I got license fail after 8th time failed at 9th attempt. Alquoz location is very terrible , too much traffic, peditrasian etc. Hopefully galadari improve their all of service's. When i went for take classes most of time got training vehicles problem break , class not worked smoothley, that time informed to the operation department they can not given me any soluation.

Negative experience: Always share False information by office staff in various box offices. Offer free pick up and drop off for all sections but never do. Instead offer shuttle bus which we have to start 3 hours earlier than scheduled time and to reach their pickup location which is very far. Booking staff always makes mistakes which result in rescheduling our RTA test and training classes. Customer care telephone never replies. Customer care WhatsApp always replies after one day. If we register any complaint we will get reference number which will never solve. I have two complaints which is open for around 2 months. Basis they never cares customers/students

Negative experience: My biggest mistake to register with this school every step is hard with them they care about the money only no one will help you for any thing I have been today with the superviser for the call center trying to find for me solution as the call center contact with me for the RTA test and I didn’t agree for the appointment then the send for me massage that I was absent I didn’t even agree for that and they want me to pay again and do the test they care only about how to get the maximum amount from you I don’t advise any one by my experience to register with thim

Negative experience: Extremely Disappointed with Galadari Motor Driving Center! I am beyond frustrated with the experience my girlfriend has had at Galadari Motor Driving Center. Despite her dedication and effort, she has faced repeated failures in their internal exams for petty and often baseless reasons. One particular incident was especially infuriating—an instructor failed her road test with the reasoning that she is an "unlimited attempt student" and can simply try again. What kind of professionalism is that? Is this how they prioritize student satisfaction? It feels like their entire system is designed to drain students mentally, financially, and emotionally. Their attractive low-cost packages are nothing but bait. Once you’re in, you realize the hidden agenda: endless fees for repeated attempts, arbitrary evaluations, and complete disregard for students’ time and effort. To anyone considering Galadari for driving lessons: think twice. Don’t let the seemingly affordable packages fool you. The cost to your mental peace, time, and hard-earned money is not worth it. Galadari, if you’re reading this, it’s high time you address your flawed evaluation process and prioritize the well-being and success of your students. Right now, your business model feels like a scam rather than a service.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with my female instructors at galadari driving school, particularly Aneela Shaheen and Sabna Suleiman. They were very friendly and taught me everything that I needed to know for my exams. They were also very supportive and created a very cozy environment for me. I highly recommend them!!

Almost I struggle close Than two years .Unprofessional staff , Mainly dealing in Rm No - 07 , they don't even know how to handle a complaint or not even ready to listen. They are not even willing to give the refund amount, some how I manage to get away with my license.

Negative experience: They're the biggest scammers in the history of all driving schools. Don't be stupid like me and stick with them, realize it sooner and switch to a different school as soon as possible and if you're a new student, don't even think about getting admitted here. After I switched school, I cleared my Road Tests in first attempts and got the license.

Negative experience: During the initial process of signing up, they respond in seconds. They make sure to let you know classes are available, you can book at any time, sounds like the perfect place to be. Unfortunately, it’s quite the opposite of what they claim. Quick to take your money, but when it comes to booking classes they have you waiting on more than 20 minute calls just to tell you the next available class is in 3 weeks from now. If you think going to the driving centre itself will help then you are also mistaken, at the time of written this review I have been waiting for an hour to talk to someone regarding booking my class and yet they don’t have enough people working to make queues move faster. For an institute as big as Galadari to have shortage of staff is quite disappointing. You would expend them to have solved this issue by now with the amount of people complaining. I still haven’t finished my course and I regret ever coming here, don’t recommend to anyone. There are better and more organized institutes.

Positive experience: Things wasn't easy while in galadari as a new learner . I gave up for 2yrs, because of some rude instructors that think everyone is familiar with driving, until i met Mr.Saifeldin Alsir who motivated me ,took his all time patiently to teach me The confidence i have now is because of him. Negative experience: Very very bad experience I wish I could give ratings in the negative. Galadari used to be good but now I would highly recommend people not to take a subscription with galadari to apply for a License. Organisation is more interested in making money from people instead of genuinely evaluating tests. The Invigilators are purposely failing candidates and specifically giving directions during road tests which are impossible to obey as there's no time and space for the maneuver. Moreover during tests they are specifying different mistakes and once you receive tests they are mostly different. And when on top of that if you wish to speak with the invigilator over the mistakes and to know where it went wrong they are just rude to you. Really not professional at all. Dear Galadari, why don't you take money in one go now instead of failing now and then to make people for classes and tests. It is really frustrating and a waste of TIME & Money.

Negative experience: Some of Galadari school branches are not taking the responsibility like one Branch in jabal Ali parco in Madina Mall I visited that counter 4 to 5 times at around morning 11 am to 12 pm but no buddy was there . Even when I called Evening time nobody is picking up the call also main off is very far from me but this branch guy they are not doing good job and also not taking the responsibility.

Positive experience: Want to appreciate work of some of instructors in the school. If you want to have a nice learning experience then I recommend following instructors who really deserve appreciation and care about their students: 1. Bahaa Mohamed (vehicle 370) was great trainer and he helped me to clear my parking: fixed all my reference points and he had very good teaching abilities - I cleared smart yard on the next day. 2. It was also a pleasure to have lessons before my RTA final test with Muhammad Zubair Muhammad Khan (vehicle 278). He gave me very good driving tips and motivated a lot, so I passed my final test from the first attempt! 3. Faheem Badshah Muhammad from JLT office was also a great teacher (vehicle 449). He helped me a lot to pass initial assessment after I failed the test. He made me change lines on an empty road until I did it perfect. Thanks a lot to all of you for your support, patience, motivation and good tips.

Fantastic experience: Have just passed my RTA final exam. Want to say special thanks to Bahaa Mohamed (vehicle 370). He is my favorite instructor from school. I accidently met him during parking classes and asked to book classes preferably with him afterwards. He is a very good instructor who finds an individual approach to a student. Apart from giving you very good tips for driving, he motivates you and makes you believe in yourself what is very important during learning process. I highly recommend to book classes with him to everyone :)

Negative experience: Worst driving school in Dubai......i spend around 14000 dhm till now and they failed me 4 times in RTA final........galadhari needs only money from students........i am totally fed up......i request others never go to galadhari driving school.......

Negative experience: Galadhari is a worst school ever. I recently opened my file with them. But as soon as I did my eye test they just took 1050 after that they never paid any attention to me it’s been like 1.5 months nobody contacted me for the procedure after the eye test. This is the worst school in entire UAE. And after that I told them I need noc and I want to change my school they are asking me to pay entire amount of 8400 … for what they are asking me to pay entire amount when I haven’t done anything. Worst driving school ever.

Negative experience: I am having a very bad experience with Galadari Driving School. I failed my RTA road test, but when I read the reasons listed in the document, most of them are not true. To request a review of the test, I was told I need to pay 300 AED. When I tried to book another test, they told me I need to take 4 more hours of classes, but I cannot book these classes because no one answers the phone. I also tried contacting them through WhatsApp, but there is no response there either. I cannot find a proper channel to file my complaint. This is an excessive waste of money, and the lack of customer service is unacceptable. I am very disappointed and would like someone from the school to address this issue. My Student ID is 3601134.

Negative experience: I Had the worst experience there,customer service journey was very bad,if you care about your money dont go there. After you process the payment and after chassing you to enroll with them ,everything goes differents. Informations about classes ,driving and courses are not fully and correctly communicated by cusotmer service team ,the preparation and test materials are full of mistakes which can lead you to fail your theoric exam . The problem that when I went to complain about the problem that I ll face in attending courses because one lady in customer service didnt process her job well ,she didnt even want to listen to me and she acted like in defensive mode .the supervisor and Mr jalal tried to fix the issue caused by this lady but still I had to sacrify my time ,my money and change my schedule just because one lady didnt process her work in a good and relevant way ,it caused me even other troubles .. It's really not recommended at all

The way he explains the points and the way he talks while correcting your mistakes are simple, easy to catch and understand. Negative experience: Trainers are very good, however there costomer service is very horrible, they will change your exam without feeling you 12 hrs before... And they will tell you you didn't picked the call which they called 12 hrs before... And then it's my fault..i can't pick up the call because I was in meetings... They should have messaged or called atleast 24 hrs before... Again the customer service has no manners to talk... He talked with rudely and insulted me.. When I went to supervisor she also not did anything about it. I told her I need a apology from that person who insulted me but no response from anyone. I had paid like for unlimited package even for Sunday's... And this is how what they treat you.... They don't give costomer any respect .

Negative experience: Ghaladri Driving School has been nothing but a disaster. After wasting a year and a half with them and getting nowhere, we decided to transfer my daughter to a new school. But even getting the NOC letter has been a nightmare. They gave her the wrong instructions, telling her to go to the Al Quoz branch, 40 minutes away, only for her to arrive and be told she was in the wrong place! She’s been bounced around, ignored, and left totally frustrated. This school is completely unorganized and couldn’t care less about their students. Avoid this place at all costs!

When struggling with passing the test with a normal package, he has helped guiding me in the process of upgrading the package into VIP. Additionally, Mr Zakir has given me classes himself and made sure I was ready for the exam. After his training I immediately pass!

Negative experience: EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE WITH GALADARI MOTOR DRIVING CENTRE I registered with Galadari Motor Driving Centre (User ID: 5208362, Student id: 63476) and completed my theory and initial driving assessment, only to encounter serious issues during my parking classes and test on November 5, 2024, at their Al Quoz Main Office. I had scheduled two hours of parking class from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, followed by a parking test at 7:00 PM. Despite paying huge amounts for these classes, the experience was unprofessional and frustrating. First, my instructor was changed three times without prior notice. When I arrived, I met the assigned instructor at 12:30 PM, only to be told to wait in the car. He didn’t return until 1:15 PM, at which point he informed me he was actually a truck instructor with minimal experience in car parking. He had only been assigned because no other instructors were available. For the next hour, he tried to find another instructor to give me some tips on parking. Eventually, he found someone who gave me a 5-minute lesson on parallel parking before leaving. I received no instruction on essential maneuvers like angle and garage parking and ended up practicing parallel parking on my own with minimal guidance. When I met with the parking supervisor afterward, he suggested I return by 6:00 PM, as he’d request the examiner to teach me parking before the test. I waited for three hours, but when I went to his desk at 5:30 PM, I was informed he had already left for the day without any further instructions or support from the team. No one else was willing to help, and I was left to take the test unprepared. The examiner immediately failed me, a direct result of inadequate training. I took time off work and traveled a considerable distance for this class and test, only to experience unprofessionalism, unprepared instructors, and poor service. This experience was a complete letdown, and I would not expect such poor service from a reputable institution like Galadari Motor Driving Centre. Very, very disappointing!

Negative experience: My experience is really bad. I started in march and still yet haven’t gotten the driving licence. RTA road final road test is frustrating me and putting me in depression just imagine failing the 4times and making me lose confident in myself. Already spent 10k and still yet haven’t gotten the license if I don’t get failed of too slow I will get failed of too fast but yet my instructor keep saying my driving is good. I’m depressed and I don’t know if I will ever pass it cause of depression from Galadari driving centre

Negative experience: I took my driving license from galadari after 2 months and 10 days, I wasnt really satisfied, the lack of instructors leads you to late classes day i went threw 7 instructors just to finish my driving license ASAP, the instructors gave me some wrong guidance before the final exam which led me to failiure on my first attempt, the RTA examiers were very kind, make galadari one of your last choices. (There are many other thing happend to me but i dont like to write)

Negative experience: Coming from an Emirati, this is absolutely the worst place to learn how to drive and it is not ok ! I did my smart yard test and I didn’t even cross the line but apparently because it was on 11 pm near closing time the instructor which looked that he was insanely in hurry to leave ( whose name is Mohammed Saqer ) failed me. I had a big argument that I didn’t cross the line but he didn’t even hesitate! And the day after I called the call center and guess what ? 5 consecutive days no one responded to me, I was on the line for 2 hours and yet no one answered. And couple of days ago they called and I was in a meeting, and when I called back guess what ? No one answered. If the time goes back, I would’ve not even paid and single penny for you guys. Extremely disappointed!!!!!!

From start to finish, the entire process was well-organized, and I truly felt that I was being prepared for confident and safe driving. I especially want to highlight my instructor — a true professional! Not only does he have a thorough knowledge of driving and traffic rules, but he also knows how to explain complex points in an understandable way. He was very attentive and patient, helping me overcome any fears and insecurities on the road. Each lesson with him was effective and full of useful insights, and his practical advice will stay with me on the road. Positive experience: I appreciate for higher management, but in the branch like satwa there closing office without notice, they never received a call, they need more briefing about customer service atestion. Some of instructors they don't complete 2hrs class only 1hr45mns, at end of day you my loss alot of time. Apart from that every thing is great, appreciate.

Fantastic experience: My son who was a student had a really amazing experience with Galadari Motor due to the exceptional commitment and support shown by your employee Mr Naved Mujawar. Whenever we had some issues with training and test dates Naved took personal interest in going the extra mile to resolve every concern raised. He helped us throughout the complete journey when we highlighted that my son had to travel for higher studies abroad and had very less time on hand. Today thanks to him our Son finally got his driving license within a short span. Galadari should be really proud of such employees like Naved.

From the very first contact, the service was impeccable, especially from the VIP team, who provided full support throughout every step of the process. My instructor, Jamsheed Ali, was outstanding. Thanks to his patience, professionalism, and expertise, I was able to pass the RTA Road Test on my first attempt! The entire process took less than a month for me to be fully licensed, which exceeded my expectations. He explained everything clearly and made me feel confident during the lessons. Positive experience: It was an amazing journey though it took me a bit of time because getting a free schedule takes longer . The instructors were good but sometimes their english was so difficult to understand . For mothers i recommend Galadari they have a very good nanny shout out to Fifi she was very nice to my baby i give her 5 stars . Customer service agents perfect service . They also offer free transportation that is reliable . Mr Yunus is the best of all drivers he picks his calls and updates you . Thank you sir Yunus 5 star . Thank you Galadari for the best experience . One thing that needs improvement is when calling customer service they delay picking the calls but once they do they are helpful. Fantastic experience: Special thanks to the VIP team especially my driving instructor Mr. Tufail. Very professional and with high standards in his teaching, I manage to pass all the tests on my first try. The VIP team which consists of Ms.Menal and Mr. Zakir were friendly, helpful, accommodating and efficient in solving all of my administrative issues. The transport department under Mr. Shafiq and the fleet of drivers, they were all very prompt in arranging my transportation to and back from the center. Fantastic experience: Guys, I started with normal file in galadari but honestly that was bad and worst experience. Then I switched to VIP one attempt course, hats of to Jamshed Ali. If anyone choose VIP course, only opt for Jamshed Ali Sir. I respect him, most chill and cool instructor but teaches you everything easily. Like nothing to worry. I passed my RTA test in first attempt and I have my license now. Go for galadari, only for VIP and in VIP instructor Jamshed Ali and thanks to supervisor zakir and manel from galadari.

Fantastic experience: I am in the VIP class at Galadari and have just one month to get my driver’s license. My teacher, Jamsheedali, and my supervisor, Zakir, are great. My teacher has taught me a lot about the different scenarios in the RTA exam, which is why I was able to pass on my first attempt.

Negative experience: A Disappointing Experience at Galadari Motor Centre For the past two months, my experience as a student at Galadari Motor Centre has been far from satisfactory. There have been recurring issues with customer care, transportation, and the overall process of booking classes and tests. Customer care at Galadari Motor Centre feels impersonal and disinterested. It seems like students are treated as just another entry on a schedule rather than as individuals. There's no real effort to offer better service or consider what's convenient for you. When booking a class or test, they don’t consider whether the time works for you—they just give you what’s available, even if it’s unrealistic. One instance that stands out is when I arrived early due to the lack of proper transportation, but ended up having to take my test earlier than scheduled. While it worked out, I got the impression that they didn’t care about my situation or the inconvenience it caused. Unfortunately, it seems that unless you’re a VIP, you’re not a priority at Galadari Motor Centre. The overall experience is disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend it to others based on how I've been treated. Students deserve better, more flexible service and attention, regardless of their status. Update: Once again, GMDC has disappointed me. I confirmed for pickup a week before I had my class and test, I double-checked a day before to confirm my pickup, I called the driver the day of pick up and said he already picked up there. I CALLED COUNTLESS TIMES!!! (What is the use of confirming MY PICKUP if the bus driver doesn’t CONFIRM the students???)

Negative experience: I have had a really demotivating experience from this school. I had to change the school to get the licence and that too in my 2nd attempt. I had faced a lot of mocking comments from some instructors in Alquoz branch during my internal assessments and parking test.i won't recommend anyone of my circle to join here. 0 stars!

Negative experience: This is the worst driving school I’ve ever experienced. The instructors spend their time on their phones instead of teaching, and the examiners fail students without offering proper guidance. It’s just a money-making school. They don’t focus on teaching; they’re only interested in collecting fees.

Negative experience: To be honest there are so many better schools with better teaching techniques and customer handling. Even if some one fails the test they don't even want to guide or assist the customers as to what mistakes they are doing they just say it's fail n let u leave the counter. I have been struggling for months now just to clear my parking test. They are very rude to certain people only and very harsh when they speak. They call you early for the test n then make you wait for one hour n then say sorry the practice session is over now direct test. Everything is Soo unorganized and it's soooo difficult to get another appointment. I seriously suggest to chck other driving school and not to go with these guys. I have no choice now n stuck with this school since m on the last stage of my license.

They were very helpful when arranging the first set of classes, fully understanding my desire to start the lessons ASAP after completing theory test. My instructor, Tufail is also good. He was able to assess my ability and judge when I am ready to sit for the RTA test. I passed the test after 1st attempt.

Negative experience: Update!!! The result of failure is so generic and vague and confusing. There is NO connection between failing and having to take 8 classes before retake. I am not explained what i did wrong, and the faults written on result is also super generic and vague so impossible to know what exactly i did wrong. What is the point of classes when you have no clue what you did wrong and what you should improve And the instructors are just enjoying the ride and saying NOTHING while you drive. If i am not making any mistakes with thr instructor then why am i failing the test? If i am making mistakes with instructor why isnt he saying a word?! Am i paying him to just sit with me? The whole process is just to make more money. Thats all!!! I’ll not only never recommend this school but also NEVER allow any of my colleagues from my school to use this place. The worst experience EVER!!! From get to, misinformation about prices and discount! Then i had different instructors who teach u different things. For someone who is there to learn to drive, and drive safely, these people absolutely don’t care about safe driving. It’s ONLY about making money, and failing students to make even more money. The same with tests! I CAN’T WAIT TO NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM AGIAN!!! Oh and i am a teacher so there is absolutely NO way i will ever recommend this school to any of my current or future colleagues! NEVER!

Negative experience: . The worst quality of service and knowledge. No proper financial department if any payment issues to be contact. No response. The management is poor. No proper scheduled availability of staffs. Even they ignoring all my phone calls and promising to call me back and solve the issue. I never and ever recommend to anyone this school please be aware. I even opened case with complaints about them.
