Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of learning at Al Ahli Driving Center, and I can confidently say that Sharon and Alona made the entire experience incredible. Sharon, my instructor, was patient, thorough, and truly dedicated to making sure I felt confident on the road. Alona was equally amazing, providing great support and making the process seamless. They were both incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating throughout my journey. Thanks to their guidance, I passed my test and received my license on December 25th. I highly recommend Al Ahli Driving Center, especially Sharon and Alona, for anyone looking for top-notch driving instruction!

Fantastic experience: Al Ahli is recommended by a friend of my friend, and the head office branch staff are superb they are very helpful to me, thanks to Roel, Rose, and Alona who help me a lot, and to my instructor who teaches me everything Kuya Melchor, Kuya Rene, and Nanay Daisy. Negative experience: I hope i can give lower review or zero star because you definitely deserve that. i have been coming to your branch many time to get my sister's final road test appointment for TWO AGONIZING MONTHS! Mind you, she already paid the road test but your call center can only say "go ahead and complain where you want to". UNETHICAL RUDE NO ACCOUNTABILITY these are only few words i can say about this driving school. The receptionist will never let you speak with anyone authorized or has access to scheduling. They asked my sister to book for her final test when she already paid them. You can see that some of the people who commented here got their tests and license these recent months and my sister have been waiting for over two months now. I DO NOT SUGGEST ANYONE TO USE THEIR SERVICE. You are very frustrating.

Negative experience: I’ve been trying to schedule my final road test for over a month, and the entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. Here's a breakdown of my ordeal: Customer Service: I was asked to provide my file number and was promised a callback once a schedule became available. However, no one ever called me back, and I had to follow up almost daily with no response. Emails: I emailed care@alahli multiple times, but never received a reply. In-Person Visit: I visited the RTA office to speak with customer service, but they couldn't help, and I still couldn’t get my test scheduled. After checking the portal every day, I finally managed to secure a test for next year through RTA chat support. However, when I called customer support to ask if I could reschedule for an earlier date and if I paid an additional 400 AED, I was told that even with the extra payment, no earlier dates were available. The lack of support, poor follow-up, and confusing, unhelpful responses have made this process incredibly stressful. Extremely disappointed with the service, and I still don’t have a solid resolution after all this time.

Negative experience: Been nice and patiently waiting for my Final Road Test for a month now. I have been receiving the same answer every time I call their customer service. They suggested sending an email to the RTA but the RTA said to communicate with the institute since the schedule is not updated in the system by the RTA. I even went there to personally ask and explained that I needed the license for my work. I assumed that I would get the Test since they asked me if I was available tomorrow. I called them today and asked for an update because they are not sending any messages and I already assumed that I would get the test tomorrow then they moved it again to next week (without any assurance) telling me that someone from their end denied that I talked to him yesterday about the schedule.

Negative experience: There is no help for getting RTA final test driving slot Its been month my friend couldn’t get the slot And there is no help from the school side School said they can’t do anything on the RTA slot booking But other school which i took driving classes will book the RTA slot for you within one week or two weeks time Better avoid this school

Fantastic experience: The professors were top notch Best Driving School ever. Amna was so helpful on making sure license issuance is smooth. Huge shout out to the great instructors of Al Ahli for making this journey great. Mr Ismail Anwar Mr Farooq Rahman Mr Melchor Valdez Mrs Maria Estoya And Mr Baboo Veloo, Mohammad Hosny and Richard from the reception helped me a lot as well to make sure. Processing smooth. Joshua was the real superstar couldn’t have done it without his efforts of helping me process from payments to class scheduling and exams. Overall it is a highly recommended place to start your driving journey 5 stars it is.

Negative experience: A BIG NO !!!! Very bad experience with Al Ahli.. they dragged the whole licensing process to over a year.. when finally the Final Road test stage has come, Now THEY DON'T HAVE slots from RTA for road tests.. I think Al Ahli's reputation has gone very low in the recent past.. even infront of RTA.. they dont give Al Ahli much priority.. Sad but true... A BIG NO TO EVERYONE!!!

Fantastic experience: Its been my first time , driving in my life and as a beginner i applied in al ahli driving school and it was been pleasure cause trainers and school will be able to teach you properly on how to drive safety . Cause driving is a serious matters. And i was so happy to learnt in this school. And now im a real driver with having license in this school so wonderful journey. I recommend to my kabayan just learn and learn and believe in yourself that anyhing is possible just have commitment and pursue it. Mr. Elnimeri was an exceptional teacher who is filled with patience and compassion, it was truly an amazing experience being his student. I also took my parking classes with Mr. Tamer and he was also a very great instructor. They were either talking non-stop or just telling me the direction but no advice on how to drive. This year I reopened my file and I tried to do my lessons with Assya. And this was the best decision ever! She trains you and teaches you step by step every single thing you need to know while driving. I had my lessons with her and passed my assessment from the first round

Negative experience: Worst Service from this school. Paid extra but never get a chance to do assessment with the requested branch. Poor customer service, they say there is nothing we can do. False promises. Given a chance but still wasted. Today was the worst. Never again.

Negative experience: This is the worst driving institute one could ever opt for. driving instructors are very inefficient lacks professionalism , the humiliation i faced here with some of the driving instructors is unimaginable. i now as an individual have developed fear of driving due to my experience here. i would name and shame few instructors like ms.niluka and Ms.daisy who was screaming at me throughout the class. save yourselves from horror and stay away from this driving school.

Negative experience: The worst school ever They are making cheap offers in the market then surprised you in the end you have to pay amounts for something that you didn't hear about before Even me the gave me clearance then when I'm booking a test they said you have to pay money Save your money and time and don't go to this school at all

Negative experience: . I would like to give a zero-star review, but it is not possible for the following reasons: first, due to renovations, our classes and tests were moved to Jebel Ali, where we experienced a great deal of difficulty with transportation and other matters. Secondly, after ALQOUZ was ready, we moved back there, and they wasted a month scheduling test because we were unaware that they needed to transfer file. I went three times to address this issue. Afterward, I scheduled my RTA test on April 26. However, due to flooding, my test was cancelled, and I was told that I would be able to reschedule on the same payment. As of now, 31 days have passed, and I still haven't had my RTA test scheduled, even though I completed lessons two months ago. I would never suggest this school to anyone. Opening the file here was my worst mistake.
