Fantastic experience: My experience at this driving school was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I enrolled, I could tell that they were committed to providing the highest quality training. One of the things I appreciated most was how strict they are with their internal exams. While it was challenging, it pushed me to fully prepare and gave me the confidence I needed to pass the RTA exam on my first attempt. Negative experience: I'm taking licence from Excellence Driving School.They are dealing with unprofessional.I booked my RTA test on 14 DEC, but after some time, one of the RTA lady she called me & told me we can't booked ur RTA test because we have problem in our system u will wait 2 days for the test but that same time they booked test for the other students.On 16 DEC I called him again and booked my classes and test. She gave me classes on 17 & 18 DEC, and on 21 DEC, she booked my test.I taked my classes on 17 & 18 DEC, but today, on 21 DEC, I called him for inquiry of my test one of the lady she told me before ur test was not booked. You have to book ur test again.2 times, they are lying with me about my test.Today, on 21 DEC, I booked my test again, so now they booked my RTA test on 2 January 2025.My Classes are on 17 & 18 DEC and test is on 2nd January after 14 Days.Other Driving Schools are not taking 14 days for the test after the classes.They are unprofessional.If they don't have Staff so why they are registrating the new students.Just they are taking money from the students.Very bad experience with the Excellence Driving School.That institute is big but they are unprofessional.I really do not recommend it to anyone to take the licence from the Excellence Driving School.

Negative experience: Disaster driving school I will inform every person who I know don’t ever come to this property, worst experience I’ve never had.The worst customer service,driver,instructor. I’m done with your Transportation team, when I booked the class and test neither anyone inform the timing for pick up is different only when you call. And such big area your school can only have one driver is assigned pick up?I put one star as this is lowest point otherwise you don’t deserve any. Especially your customer service team!!

Fantastic experience: I passed my RTA final road test in 1 try thanks to my instructors (class and parking) especially big thanks to Laqman from Al Nahda branch. Laqman is very patient and teaches properly that is why I passed in 1 take. Excellence Driving School is highly recommended.

Positive experience: I want to express my appreciation for the prompt assistance provided by Mr. Salman in resolving the issue related to the rescheduling payment for my RTA test. He was helpful in ensuring that the payment was addressed fairly, and I’m grateful for his attention to this matter. While I’ve generally been satisfied with the support from the team—particularly Ms. Kausar, Mr. Abdullah, and instructors like Mr. Raja, Mr. Iftikar, and Mr. Shakeel—there are still a few ongoing concerns that I hope the management will address. These include some instances of unprofessional behavior I’ve encountered, as well as issues related to the RTA test and my test results. I have already detailed all of these concerns in an email, which I sent late last night, and I trust that the school will work towards resolving these matters in a fair and timely manner. I appreciate the improvements made so far and hope that the remaining issues will be addressed to ensure a better experience for all students in the future.

Positive experience: I had a good experience from excellence driving institute that i obtain my driving license very conveniently. Two instructors helped me a lot on this . Shahid from rigga branch and nishad from naif branch. Those are the backbone of my success journey. One more thing i want to add that class booking is little bit tight shedule , if you want to book the after 7pm it will rake 15-20 days . Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with the service provided at your office. Despite my best efforts, I had to visit six times just to get a single NOC paper processed. This was primarily due to the lack of proper guidance from your staff. The assistant, Ali, failed to provide clear instructions on what was required or how to streamline the process, which caused unnecessary delays and frustration. Customer service should aim to simplify tasks for clients, not make them more stressful. I hope the management addresses these issues and ensures better training for staff to provide clear and efficient support to customers in the future. Not recommended.

Negative experience: Facing a very difficult time trying to book final tests. Every time I call the customer care to check up on available slots, I'm told to keep calling back every 48 hours. For how long? Friends who have joined other places are finishing their tests, while I'm stuck calling customer care days and days on end!

Negative experience: Extremely disappointing customer service. Despite my brother raising multiple concerns, no assistance or resolution has been provided. He enrolled in July, yet his classes are spaced irregularly, with gaps of 8-10 days or even up to 20 days. When we approached the concerned team, they offered no support or help. They are more focused with just their promotion and cannot handle once people enroll in it. I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this institute, as it lacks efficiency and reliable customer service.

Negative experience: Worst Experience - Not Recommended Enrolling in this driving school was a mistake and one of the most disappointing experiences of my life. Here’s why: Customer Service: The staff provide some of the worst customer service I've encountered. They are often unavailable at their desks, taking frequent breaks, and leaving students waiting. Queries about scheduling or concerns are only addressed after payment, which feels unreasonable and unprofessional. Facilities: The driving yard is extremely small, congested, and overcrowded, making it difficult to learn effectively. Class Management: Each session wastes significant time. Approximately 10 minutes are spent starting the class, and another 15 minutes wrapping it up—all within the allotted class time. This lack of efficiency is frustrating. Scheduling Delays: For every class or assessment, students face a waiting period of 15 to 20 days or even longer. If the school doesn’t have the capacity to accommodate students, why are they continuing to admit more? Administrative Policies: While the instructors are excellent, the administration’s rigid policies and lack of service overshadow any positives. Their primary focus appears to be on collecting payments rather than providing quality service. I also question why such issues are not being addressed by RTA, considering the standards expected in such institutions. This school seems more focused on generating revenue than delivering quality service to its students. I strongly advise against enrolling here.

Negative experience: Disgusting organization of work. I paid for golden chance, paid eye test, on Monday I booked the test on Thursday, called them every day to get confirmation, wrote by mail. On the day of the test, it turned out that no one had dealt with my application and did not confirm it, and on Thursday I was signed up for the test in another 4 days, and so far no one has contacted me and confirmed the new entry.

Positive experience: I recently took driving lessons at Excellence Driving School with instructor Sohail Raza and passed the final road test in the first try, it was a commendable experience when it comes to learning as Mr. Sohail’s patience, clear explanations, and focus on safety made learning enjoyable and boosted my confidence on the road. He genuinely cares about his students’ progress, and I felt well-prepared after each lesson. Would definitely recommend new learners to take classes with Mr. Sohail. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The wait to schedule each class was often long, which slowed down the learning process. Additionally, the customer service at the call center was a bit rude and unhelpful, which made coordination difficult at times. Improving these areas would make the experience even better.

Fantastic experience: I attended the class with Zakiya Yassin. And she reaffirm my confidence in my driving skills. Negative experience: I had high expectations for this institute, especially given the strong recommendations from friends. However, I was disappointed by the lack of clarity around the file opening process after completing the payment. Despite undergoing the required eye test, I had to follow up myself as the doctor couldn’t locate my records. I was also asked to return to the office another day just to confirm if my file had been successfully opened, with no other way to check. It’s frustrating, especially in a time when technology should make these processes more efficient, not cumbersome. Also,not to mention the frequent breaks of the employees after every two customer interactions

Negative experience: Guys avoid them their entire process is very very slow.. i renewed my learning permit more than 3time their class bookings and Test schedules is too slow. and 3days before i called them for RTA parking schedule till today am in waiting list . almost 3days over.and staff attitude they treat us like we are learning for free worst institute,Am totally unsatisfied. Negative experience: I'm sad to say this the service which is provided by operational team for scheduling class is worst. Only unlimited plan taken students they are booking near to date classes. It's been four months I have been studying and to get a class. Now when I requested for cancellation to transfer my file to another driving school they are saying it would take one week. All the five star rated reviews are paid.

Positive experience: I had a bad experience with this driving institute! No slots available there's 14 days waiting time for anything! They said they'd provide pick up and drop off but it wasn't the case! The only upside is the intructor who is at IBN Battuta mall - Junaid. He is extremely skillful and trains you in best way possible! I got my license after I took up classes with him.

Negative experience: I am fully satisfied with the training instructor at this driving school – they are excellent . However, I wouldn’t recommend taking the 20-hour lump-sum package. Initially, they mentioned the classes were unlimited, but after completing the 20 hours, Even though I wasn’t fully prepared for the test they have pushed me toward the initial driving assessment requiring additional classes each time, which was really frustrating. For beginners, I’d suggest opting for the 40-class package instead, as it might save you both time and hassle in the long run. While the instructors are outstanding, but the customer support could be improve more.
